Will there be monthly/quarterly cash flow payouts? Then what would be a liquidity event? Most syndications give a rough timeline 3-5 or 5-7 years. And most P.E. investments are understood to be illiquid, but eventually there's an exit strategy via buyout, or go public, or even go bankrupt.
I like the idea of holding treasuries, I may copy that.
