Trading is for losers. Trading ETNs are for bigger losers. Buy small, mid, and large cap index funds/ETFs.
How to I figure out what each leverage ETF I trade tracks? Do they all track a future?

Ricky, please explain why leveraged ETFs are not meant for long term investing due to decay. I had to learn this lesson the hard way with GUSH.

Maybe I missed it, but why trade 3x leveraged ETF's instead of just trading the underlying index with 3x margin?

Nice explanation on triple leveraged ETF's. Interesting to hear why you stick with UGAZ/DGAZ/UWT/DWT and the like. Makes sense to get familiar and comfortable trading the same tickers if they work well for you.
