The APE FTD's have just been covered with more FTD's! Thats how APE has been removed from the Regulation SHO Threshold Securities List.
If a hedge fund fails to locate a share before shorting, it's classed as an FTD, however, even if a stock is on the threshold securities list, a hedge fund can still short more shares and create more FTDs providing they have the help of a market maker using the bona fide market maker exemption.
If they use the market maker exemption these new FTDs don't count towards the threshold securities list and these new shares can be used to satisfy the old FTDs, thereby removing it from the threshold list.

Isn’t this how we ended up with billions of amc shares? They are bleeeeeeding slowly. More time for us to buy more shares.
I think part of the problem with APE is youtubers don't talk about it enough. I bought 1k shares of APE at 6 a share. To many people are afraid of dillution but in this case it's not a bad thing. AA can use the profits or shares to get rid of AMCs debt and destroy the short thesis. I always hear about this catalyst or that catalyst to cause the MOASS but it never turns out to be real. But destroying the short thesis might have the best chance of causing the MOASS. But most of the youtubers don't want to tell you that. If there's no reason to hold on to their short positions because they won't go bankrupt and are cash flow positive then why would they stay in it. I think if APE saw the volume that AMC does that it would go up to AMCs price.
People really should do their own research and not let youtubers tell them how to think. Think about this. AMC and APE will eventually come to a price parody. When it does do you want to own more of the stock that has to come up in price or the one that has to go down in price. You buy AMC right now it's going to have to come down in price to meet APE and you'll lose money. If you buy APE you can not only buy more shares but it will either stay at the same price level or go up in price helping you to either be profitable or cover some of that loss on AMC because you got in at higher prices.
Has this been reported to the DTCC and the SEC?

So many catalysts making the stock squeeze yet another loophole to let the hedgies live on. Here is my question Thomas, do you think the government will let the moass actually happen and destroy the financial system? To me this thing is so big they can not let this happen
Once you hear on the news that these hedge fund CEO's, and CFO's start committing suicides and or getting arrested for fraud that's when Moass will happen. Till then in my opinion they will just keep kicking the can down the road.
Excellent video, Tom! This is exactly what we need, no mention of MOASS or squeeze that sort of nonsense, but material we can use as a direct reference when I write to the lawmakers and the administration. We need to focus on exposing corruption and public awareness to have any shot at pushing for market reform. Think about this, it's been over a year and half and we are still discovering loopholes these criminals can cheat with. There is simply no point to talk about the squeeze until we can hold the government accountable and keep these illegal manipulations under control.

Popcorn has known about this the entire time. Why he has not acted is questionable. Billions of synthetics are out there and the SEC sits on their hands……….Frustrating to retail.
