Not sure I agree with this. Yes, higher interest rates will hurt demand, but supply is ever more restricted, and that is why prices were up so high to begin with. Biden’s people may try to kill the housing market, but it’s not that easy.

I'm being patient until I can buy a home, and I don't want to benefit from others' misfortune but I have a feeling in a few months you'll be saying I can get a deal due to people going broke.
The only part about selling is how much you lose just selling it. 6 % to realtors plus closing cost then you have to pay 20% capital gains because there is no way I’m selling investments and getting back in at 6-7% in time to satisfy a 1031. It is stupid how much you lose just to exit in real estate.

Kevin, U have the ability, intelligence, work ethic, talent, savvy, and I could list your skills all day and I appreciate your demeanor so much, but I think many of us (your followers) would absolutely LOVE if you just gave it to us straight! I think ur channel would grow MORE if u made your thumbnails more Short and Sweet and less dramatic. I know u can attract some clicks with that type of title, but I think certain attention grabbing titles annoy a portion of ur viewers enough to leave a bad taste and may lead to people unsubscribing sadly. I stopped watchin for many months due to this reason and the content felt very repetitive and seemed like info was being stretched to the point of boredom even if u used retention techniques to keep people tuned in to a video as long as possible. I tried watching many videos and couldnt continue watching and backed out. I hope somehow u read this and try to tighten it up…Please know I do think ur channel is quality for the most part and I think it can be much more DOMINANT because after all…U are the man! 😏
