Rule of thumb is
ARV $270k x .70% = $189k
$189k – Repair costs = MAO! ( Maximum Allowable Offer )
That way you have a nice cushion if any unforeseen repairs come up
Keep up the real estate value!🔥

This is awesome Ricky! Can you cover the details on putting the house in your name vs your company name (partnership, LLC, etc) on the title paperwork? Also will there be issues when you sell the home if it's in a company name?
