As someone who claims to be a financial analyst, i am surprised you got EBITDA wrong, even first year business reporters know that the I stands for “interest”, not “income”. Really not something i would expect you or anyone with a background to get wrong. Slip up? Perhaps. Also regulatory credits have zero COGS, so it flows straight down to the pretax profit line without deductions, only tax comes off it, so it’s pure incremental margin. i am starting to wonder what it is you really know.

I humbly disagree with the conclusion in your video, in the call tesla reported that the autopilot could not have been engaged without buckled belts, this does not mean that it is impossible to activate it. Any car can be accelerated without a driver pushing the acc pedal if you put a stone on it. But that is intentional misuse. Still I don't claim to know what happened just saying do not goo too fast on conclusion like media reports.
I am going to disagree with you, the guy that was explaining did stutter a few times and was hard to hear clearly. I understood what he said after listening to it 3 times. He rambled a little to much. when I first heard it I thought he said the car was going 30mph before it crashed.
