In the relation to the Aphria merger, you said there was an arbitrage opportunity due to the price inequality, but this isn't true because like you said there still is some risk the merger won't go through. An arbitrage opportunity is always risk free, hence why they are so rare, otherwise the market wouldn't be efficient. Sorry for the rant, and splitting hairs.
