I doubt a formula was created with the intent to deceive a potential buyer of the company. A formula created to underestimate the number of bots was designed to deceive potential purchasers of advertising on Twitter. If Twitters intent was to mislead those who purchased advertising, then there are a lot of potential victims who could sue Twitter. Musk not buying Twitter might be the least of their problems. This is why discovery can be so dangerous. This disgruntled employee has given them a road map to find any fraud that might exist.

what did I even watched this in full, all these is irrelevant to the case and offer. Twitter is like a homeowner/house wants suddenly want to be bought suddenly by a rich guy. The homeowner, which is pretty dumb and mismanaged but aware some of the issues of his house, admits to some faults of the property but not telling everything yet rich guy insists. Selling of property is as it is, where it is as long owner keeps/maintains property as normally he would until complete transfer of new owner.

Why nobody's talking about Facebook's fake users (and all other platforms as well)? I wonder if that information would affect all those companies' valuations and also inconsistencies that might assume users belong to certain society's groups mistakenly (Facebook allows you to segment your ads and pay more for that feature, but Facebook doesn't check your income, location etc).
