The corrupt DTCC not only facilitates crime, but allows and encourages the creation of synthetic shares and even waives margin calls when these funds get into trouble.
The DTCC facilitates and encourages this crime because it benefits them, members of congress can trade with insider information, and many employees at the DTCC go on to work at big hedge funds/wall street funds and make millions if they waive a few crimes, or they've come from these funds and are still buddy-buddy with the employees there.
They do this by ignoring lawsuits/waiving allegations of synthetic shares saying its not possible and doesn't exist, and when a fund is sued for creating synthetic shares, they only receive a small $125k fine.
However, the DTCC cannot waive an entire market crash, they couldn't waive 2008 and they couldn't waive 2000, thats why they need us to sell our shares before the market crashes, and why they're becoming more and more desperate.
