How often in life have you struggled to finish a project because you just you just couldn't get it perfect. You couldn't get the right tone of the email. You couldn't get the right message on the video. It could be as simple and simple as just the photography that you're taking of a home.

Here's my mindset: Ready Done is better than perfect. Done is better than perfect now. I'm not saying right, if you're talking about brain surgery, we want perfect. But in the case of sending the email, sometimes just getting it done is better than laboring for hours over the right word choice, trying to make it perfect.

Heck, put it in chat GPT and say, make this perfect. My point to you is this: in an environment like this, where we've got declining transactions, where we've got opportunities to expand, it is only through action, consistent action that we actually take control of our destiny and dominate in this environment. So we've got to get out of this mindset of like laboring over doing the same thing over and over until it's absolutely perfect. Just make the phone call, send the text, do the work, see what happens, pivot, adjust from there, because that's how you win.

I agree. ‘Done’ IS better than ‘perfect’. But ‘right’ trumps both of them!
