What's up everyone? All right? So very quick recap here. My bags are packed, I'm getting ready to leave, but um, I'm gonna break down the trades from today. Trade for uh, four stocks up 4 400. kind of a slow day for me.
There was a little bit more momentum to the short side on Mvis. Uh S P. pulling back a little bit. Aldx was a choppy one.
Overall, kind of a choppy morning. Again, it's You know, I'm just kind of assuming at this point that April is going to be a flat month for me. Just like that. You know, usually two three months out of the year are flat for me and I just kind of struggle.
So anyways, that's where I'm at right now. But uh, hey, 4400 is a great day. I'm happy with that, but I got to remind you as always, my results are not typical. Trading is risky.
Most beginner traders lose money. so with that assumption in mind, you will also lose money. You should trade in the simulator, practice in the simulator, and prove you have what it takes to be profitable before you flip the switch and trade with real money. I'll see you first thing tomorrow. Hey everyone all right? So um, we're gonna do a really quick recap. I'm getting my bags are packed, getting ready to leave. Um, and I'll just show you my P L for today.
So I'm sitting up. four thousand, four hundred, fifty seven dollars it? You know it's not a big green day. I don't really have. um, as much as that I was hoping for, but you know it's a choppy market.
Seems like for sure we just haven't had the level of volatility that I was looking for and hoping for, so just kind of grinding on smaller gains. Ti Rx was a nice one. Had a reversal off the low here after this really big sell-off sort of multi-day sell-off So nice reversal on this from 14 curling back up to 19.. traded through the move with a max size of 6 000 shares.
so you know I didn't really capture. It was tough. It really was tough. Um, I just didn't capture as much as I wanted to, both in dollars and even in sort of total gains.
I hesitated a bit and then sort of jumped on it a little bit late. um, Wnw, I was read on. It sort of popped up. I got in for the break of 1050, stopped out, and Knbe was sort of a lighter volume recent ipo that I tried to take a trade on on this flat top breakout.
We did get a nice break there up to 5 25, 23, but I was looking for the daily continuation up to 25.94 We didn't get that. So kind of. Just you know, grinding on smaller numbers here and doing the best I can. So hey, green is good.
4 500 400 is a fine day. I'm happy with that. This is just gonna be a month where it's just a slow month and that's the case for me. You know, a few times a year I'll just have a slow month so that's where I'm at right now.
But 4 400 is A. like I said, it's a good day. It's a Green day. It's not my daily goal, but gotta be grateful for what what's out there and this is what was out there. This is what I was able to do and it's certainly better than being read. So that's my super quick recap for today. Good luck for those that keep trading and I will see you first thing tomorrow! I do not understand. If someone buys and it loses instead of gains, why not just hold onto it until it is valued higher than your entry price, then sell? Am I missing something? Like you buy at $10/share, and it drops to $7/share, and you just hold out until it goes to something over the $10/share entry and sell, be it later that day, or a week later.
Ross when you say practice in the sim like how many months? In which market cycle?
I’m a beginner starting with 700 bucks….my question is how often do u trade the same stocks?….well same companies?
