Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

Okay guys, I'm back by popular demand because I didn't do an official midday market recap. So we're gonna go over the trades from today and I have a special announcement of something that we're gonna be doing this weekend. All right. So let's start by going over a couple of the trades from today.

As you guys know, today was day geez, was day 17 or day 18 of a small account challenge. Now I'm losing track Today must have been day 18, 15, 16, 17, 18 Day 18 of a small account challenge finishing up two thousand, two hundred and forty nine dollars and 53 cents. So obviously this is a great day in the small account. It is the best day that I've had so far this year in this account.

and it's despite having one trade that I lost on $265 loss on G lbs and one trade that was exactly breakeven on which was PL Um, Alright so we'll jump into my watchlist this morning. how I found those setups and the trades I took now the special announcement here this weekend. We are bringing back the day trade course 72 hours only. So as many of you probably already realize, this year we retired the day trading course and we currently.

If you go to our website, we only have the Warrior starter course, the Warrior Pro, and then the Inner Circle and the day trade course is included in the pro, but it's not sold standalone. We know we did that because we found that the students who go through the Warrior Pro with the three times weekly mentoring. with the three months of access with the three months in the simulator typically stand a much better chance of being successful traders. they're getting a lot more training.

With that said, there have been a lot of requests to just join the day trade course. So right here, we're gonna have the day trade course available through the weekend and you'll see here that's Nine Ninety Seven. Alright, so there's a link here for the day trade course and then everything else at Warrior Trading is 30% off through Sunday night. So again through the weekend.

Ice 30 is the coupon code alright, and Fire 997 is a coupon code for the day trade course so you guys can check those out at Warrior Trading Com. Whether you're looking at something in the chatroom or one of the trading courses. these discounts are on everything, so if you guys have questions on those, you can give me a shout. But also, you'll notice here that the Warrior Starter is included with all chatroom memberships.

so the monthly starter, the annual, the quarterly. they all include access to our Warrior Starter course which is three months sorry, not three months. It's the first five chapters, first four chapters of the day trading course, and then the fifth chapter is a transition into the next class. Alright guys, so any questions on that, feel free to email me.

But let's go over trades from today so you can see here finishing the morning 22:49 Now my watch list today. you know. Same process as always. We'll go here and do a historical scan so we can go back.
Let's see, we'll go back and look at 9:00 a.m. Let me pull this scan up alright. and while I get this scan up, let's see those of you streaming on Facebook can see the Fire and Ice' sale. All right so you guys can check out the day trade course.

You just go to the home page Warrior Trading Comm. you'll see the link right here or right here. Okay, now my watchlist this morning. Overall, the gap scan was a little on the thin side.

There really wasn't anything I was that crazy about. we had a you pH we had an A KD a former runner G lbs down here, you know and these are stocks that I've traded you know over the last few we. but I just genuinely wasn't that interested in any of them today because none of them had the right combination of the low float with the high volume with the catalyst. and so what? I decided to do was right out of the gates.

I Was planning on taking it easy, but there were two stocks I was sort of watching. one was G lbs because of the fact that it was gapping up again today. you know I looked at and I was like well it's gapping up again so I think it looks good, possibly for a long you know, right here out of the gates and you could see when the market opened it popped up, pulled back, squeezed up, pulled back. it was choppy and I took my one trade on it right in this area through 10:20 and stopped out at 990 and that was my 265 dollar loss on the name right there.

But the the two stocks I did well on was Es Es and my OS. those were both my my good winners of the day. So where did those two trades come from? All right Well my OS was on watch it was on our former runner scanner as a stock that in the last you know 90 days has had a big move and here it is consolidating above the moving average and gapping up just slightly. Yesterday's high was 344 and the pre-market high was 340.

So I was like this looks good for an entry over 340 Now just before the bell rang ended up popping up a little higher and then we opened at 355 and I decided Okay, well you know what. I'm gonna jump into this because I think this is the one that has the potential to move back up, not just to four dollars, but potentially to five or 550. but I was concerned about the resistance on the daily chart that we might see right here at four Dollars and that the exact spot that we came up and ran into so he ran into that level. We couldn't get over that.

but even still, that was a good fifty sixty cents of profit potential and so on. That trade with twenty five hundred shares and forty cents I was only able to make a little over a thousand dollars, which it was good, but I'd really like trades that I can take bigger size on so get a 50-cent move which is you know, generally a pretty good move I can actually book good profit. Now the other trade on Es es let's see this one. This one kind of surprised me I saw it on the Hiya Day momentum scanner so I'll pull this back here.
this was on the scans let's see right around 9:40 it just started squeezing up and I was like okay, wow, this thing is moving I'm just gonna jump on the momentum so I got in at a dollar seventy I bought it pretty high I bought it high considering the fact that it started this morning at 85 cents. it went from 85 cents to over $2 a share. but I said you know what I'm gonna jump in I'm gonna ride the momentum on it. you know, see how far wants to go God didn't 170.

We popped up to a high of 205 and they took six thousand shares so on that one I was able to get a really you know, a pretty nice win with bigger size from 71 up to two. Just under two dollars was my exit. So I was pretty happy with that trade but it rolled over hard and this is the thing that we've been noticing that this isn't one that gave us a clean five-minute pullback. this went from zero to 60 and then all the way back to zero.

You know that's kind of the thing that we've been noticing these stocks that go parabolic and then they don't give us a clean pullback. so it's like just an extreme one way and then an extreme the other way. and the only opportunity to trade it is to try to ride the momentum as it's going up the best you can and then if possible switch gears and short it. But finding shares available too short has been really hard.

Even with sure trader you know this has just not been an easy one to get shares available as short so if you were able to then that's fine. But most traders I don't think would have been able to find shares and so it just ends up being a trade that you can really only trade easily one side and it just for whatever reason isn't as clean. We know it's the same type of action on CDTI this week where we ended up having this big doji candle on the daily chart. So--that's CDTI es es for those of you on Facebook live you can see here and pull this back, the squeeze up and then back down and you know this kind of the market that we've been in so short.

Opportunities to get in, book the profit and then get out of the way now. eventually we will have one of these that continues to run and does go from two dollars to eight dollars. You know the way my OS did the way Hmn, why did the way Gee Lbs and Dr. Ys and so many of the others have? For whatever reason right now we are not seeing that action.

but it'll come again. and when it does, we'll definitely be ready to capitalize on it. And you know the good thing is that this period is sort of. You know, getting short sellers I would say it's doing two things.

One, long biased traders are jumping in sooner because we know that we're not always getting a clean pullback so we just want to jump in and get a piece of the action. and then to short sellers are shorting earlier because they know they don't always get that really clear reversal point where you're on the front side versus the back side. So this short into the squeeze is knowing that a lot of them are fading like this. Well, we're going to get one whether it's next week or whenever it'll be.
A week. After where it squeezes up, it starts to pull back the all those people piling in short pile in and then you see that someone's going to come in with a big bid and it's going to go up the next level and all those shorts are gonna have to cover Long's are going to get in and then we're gonna have the next leg up and that'll take us. You know, up towards those 100 200 300 percent moves again I Don't know when that'll be but I'll be waiting for you know, just continue looking for the stocks that have the right criteria for having that type of setup which will be You know, the lower flow, the good headline, the good daily chart, and the high volume. You know we get that combination.

It's really the perfect storm. So and then the the other trade. The last trade I took today was on PU LM and I knew this one was going to be choppy and it was I got in it at 280 it popped up to 9, it dropped back down to 276 I put my order break-even at 280 I got filled, got out break-even and I was like you know what that was for the best and this one just wasn't easy to trade So it didn't go parabolic enough that it created a really good short. So I think whether you're long or short bias, this is just one that wasn't easy to trade today.

Alright guys, so that is my mid day market recap and the special announcement of our sales this weekend. If you guys have any questions, of course, feel free to email me otherwise I'll see you first thing on Monday morning. All right Thanks guys! Ross. On your normal Gap N Go strategy you "normally" wait for the 2nd minute candle using the high of the first as entry and the low of it as your break-even. In your $MYOS trade (wicked btw) you jumped right in … why did you skip your 'normal' routine ? What did you see ?

I appreciate your willingness to share your experiences. I have a question. Is the service you use (brokerage and charting) different from others? It has been my experience that Level 2 and the allowance to day trade is dependent upon one having $25k in the account. Are you able to use those because of your larger account? And, if so, it would be helpful to see you grow a small account without using those.

Hi Ross, I'm a 15 year old boy (on my sisters YouTube account) aspiring to be a trader when I'm older, currently I am saving all my money to fund an account in my mothers name, she will be my custodian. Watching your videos has taught me a lot and I am really enjoying watching you grow this account and listening to your analysis of your trades. I live in the UK so I am practicing with an account on IG. If I blow up the account when I have saved enough to start one it doesn't matter because I don't have any bill to pay lol. Thanks for the videos Ross and I'll look forward to watching more in the future and hopefully grow my account like this once I have saved enough to fund one 🙂
