So Sofi just broke the market with absolutely beautiful fourth quarter numbers. We'll talk about that in a second. We also have earnings coming up from Apple Microsoft Amazon and Google this week we have to talk about that everr remember them from China they're getting liquidated. We have Kramer who's now bullish on Rivan and bearish on Tesla And finally we have Dan Ives talking a lot about the future of Tesla and being very, very bullish on it, not budging unlike some other analyst on the future of Tesla All that is coming up in a second.

But we have to start with the Queen of Today, which is Sofi now Sofi jumped 10% the last time I checked. it may have been higher since who knows, but they had a beautiful quarter. Phenomenal numbers they beat on Revenue They have a great guidance. they're talking about loans actually, which is their bread and butter staying pretty much the same.

but the tech platform is expected to grow 50% in 2024, which would increase it to about 50% of their revenues for the first time in history. The Anthony Notto vision for this company of becoming a One-Stop shop the the future of banking is actually materializing. Despite people doubting him, he talked about that, people thought it was crazy. Then he bought the bank Charter People thought it was crazy.

Then he was buying up this stock of his own company when it was at the bottom and everybody said it was crazy. and now people understand he's not somebody to be doubted. He's not somebody to bet against. Especially when he just said that they're going to have 2.3 million new members next year in 2024.

They ain't going nowhere I Think it's time to put some respect on Sofi's name. It's about time we take them out of the category of the meme stocks of the craziness of the growth. They're legitimate the future of banking and I wouldn't bet against them, especially with a CEO like Anthony Noto Who's a top five CEO in the market in my opinion. And if by any chance you thought this was the highlight of this week, hang on to your seats because we're about to go to earnings frenzy this week.

We got: Amazon Apple Microsoft Google Meta Everybody is reporting this week. Let's talk about it. So let's start with Google Google is on a rampage Over the past 12 months, they did 60% Microsoft coming in second with 70% this year. which is even better a Powerhouse AI company which is basically Reinventing itself every few years.

Almost as good as Nvidia. As far as Reinventing itself, they do have some FTC issues, but they're going to be fine. Meta did even better with 177% of the past 12 months. Absolutely insane.

And that's because the ad revenue is actually recovering, the negative sentiment is going away, and they dip so low that that 177% is not as good as it seems. But if you bought it at the bottom, congratulations Now there's still a lot of questions. mark for Meta and the ability of the ad Revenue to recover fully. But I think again, like Microsoft their are Powerhouse company.
They'll be fine. And finally, we have Apple coming in later this week. So Apple did only 35% of the past 12 months which is a measly number compared to some of the crazy numbers we've seen from Google Microsoft and Meta. but Apple is A3 trillion company.

They have just passed a massive milestone in China becoming the biggest phone seller in China with 177% of the market. That's great on the one hand. On the other hand, that's a little bit of a double-edged swort. You never want to be too dependent on a market like China with its volatility with its unexpectedness.

With the level of Crisis they're faced. I'll talk about that in a second. but still a great company I Think the rumors of the death of the iPhone because of the price Wars the lack of progress, the lack of innovation they were too soon. People love their iPhones They love the Apple products.

Yes, they're not the most Innovative in the world. and yes, they kind of scale back the electric vehicle they were planning, but they're really good at making this stuff. they do. They have the world's best Chief Operating Officer serving as the CEO which is Tim Cook and they're going to be fine as well.

So let's talk about the next item which is Evergrand. Remember them so Evergrand was still is I Don't know I can't explain it. it's you know they're in the limbo. So Evergr used to be the biggest developer in China and they kind of became a zombie company lately.

I've made many videos about it explaining why Everr was a kind of a symptom of a larger problem in China Because the entire Chinese real estate market which actually is about 35% of the entire Chinese GDP is nothing but a huge Ponzi scheme. People buy these homes. They never live in them and the reason they buy them is basically to resell them. And there's just ghost towns, ghost neighborhoods, ghost cities in China all over the place.

and it's just basically a Ponzi scheme that's just bound to collapse one day. So Everg Grand collapsing is just the first step of it. And now we have the final Judgment Day where the Hong Kong courts basically tell them to liquidate. Basically what happened is that today the court in Hong Kong actually ruled that Evergr must be liquidated.

It's not a real company anymore. You're the real boy. What happened immediately is that stock plunged by 20% Immediately, it got halted. And now the big question is what happens next.

What happens to the lenders? To the people who actually bought homes from them? There's a lot of questions. What happens back in the mainland in China Look, H The crazy part about us is that the Chinese government actually tried to bail out and save them literally days before this happened by pumping money into Everr to prevent this from happening. That didn't help imagine how bad of a situation this is that the Chinese government couldn't pump enough money into it to keep it alive. So Evergr is falling apart which is a huge problem because it literally drives the Chinese property Market which literally drives the Chinese GDP So it's going to start a chain reaction which the Chinese try to prevent by pumping money to this.
but now it's not going to happen. So we get to do more videos about the collapse of China Yay! Now look Kramer is actually now bullish on Rivan of all cars. Yes, Rivan just gave him a ride in a new car. He got all excited, all giddy like a little kid.

and now he's really excited about Rivan, especially when Tesla had bad earnings in his opinion. So he's now pumping Rivan and that's fine. Look, Rivan is a terrific company. Jokes Aside No issues with Kramer here.

Ren is tect company I Think they're making great vehicles I Actually think they have the foundation to succeed. They have great manufacturer press, they have great people, they have a great CEO great management so they'll be fine. I Think they're going to make really really good cars and going to sell a lot of them. now.

Do I think they're Tesla competitor or a Tesla equivalent? No, Rivan is a car company. They're going to make great trucks. They're going to sell really well in the US and across the world Hopefully, but they don't have the energy. they don't have the FSD They don't have the robotics.

Every single thing that Tesla is working on as far as its next scurve Rivan doesn't have. So I think the ceiling here is extremely low for them compared to Tesla. but as a car company, they're definitely better than the big three combined. So Rivan: great company if you're looking for an auto company, but it's not an equivalent to Tesla and I Wish people stop making that comparison because they really don't have a lot in common.

Tesla is basically an AI company, an FSD manufacturer, a software company, robotics company. and this is a really, really great company that's kind of starting out with pickup trucks and they will expand to SUVs and eventually to I think a sedan. Etc ETA a plan which Tesla has built for them now talking about Tesla Den Ives Went on CNBC and den Ives had some interesting things. Now the Tesla sentiment right now is probably as bad as we have ever seen it.

and that's a tactic that's being used by sharks to shake off the people who don't have confidence in stocks. The Pros: They don't buy the stocks where they're in the highs. They buy them when there's blood on the streets where this's Panic. Our view here is this could be the best long-term AI play out there and that's what we talk about I Think it's ultimately going to form into some sort of holding structure from an AI perspective with Optimus Doo and others that that that must the best AI Play out there are you I mean what are you talking about in terms of automakers you talking in total like against Microsoft So so I'm saying longer term from from an automotive and from where they could go with dojo and optim is You Could argue that longer term this is going to turn to much more of a broader company.
Now as we've talked about the AI Revolution is led by The Godfather of AI Jensen Nvidia Microsoft everything we're seeing in Tech but for for Tesla to to Mis evaluate that this will be an AI story. this will be what I view is almost. I'll call it an air pocket and it's more than an air pocket but I think we are going to see at one point 2 and 1 half 3 million vehicles per year and at that point Scott we look back at this. this is more the opportunity of very bad bump in the road rather than the time that this is a structural uh, you know what I'd say change in the story.

Okay and I have to give Den IES a lot of respect because unlike some of the other analysts who are playing this game along with the Wall Street Sharks and scaring people out of the stock, then knives actually came on CNBC and said look, the future as far as short term is going to be volatile Sure, but our price for Tesla is $315 because in the broader scale of things, Tesla has a bright future and he literally said look, this is like apple in the Steve Jobs days We've seen it before, it's a bump in the road and he literally said in that interview, look, this is where you want to buy, You want to buy when there's a bump in the road and the sentiment is negative. So remember who are the analyst who told you that Tesla is a bad idea and it's out of the Magnificent 7even and who is the one guy with the konus to come on national TV and tell you that he's still bullish on the stock longterm and it's going to have broad, massive success. And the price Target is doubl than what it is right now. Remember that because that takes a lot of balls, a lot of integrity and shout out to Den I for saying it.

He's actually serving the community and not playing the game on Wall Street And of course, if you'd like to kill two birds with one stone, which is to support the work we do here and learn some incredible tools on how to become a better investor, consider joining our Academy on our Patreon Patreon.com Nash We teach a course about how to become a better investor through financial analysis through modeling everything you need to know to become a better investor. Tesla's database is worth more than its current market value. The Cybertruck and the new $25,000 cars ensure the success of the company.
