The U.S. SEC begins rollout of the law aimed at delisting Alibaba (BABA). The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission adopted measures that would kick Alibaba and other foreign companies off American stock exchanges i.e. NASDAQ and NYSE if they do not comply with U.S. auditing standards.

Why were these companies allowed to list in the first place. Listing them and then delisting them is just causing people unnecessary pain and financial los.
