You sipped over and dismissed the goodwill quickly. It’s now pretty big, which can become a problem if it turns out they paid too much and the acquisition doesn’t go as well as planned. There’re many examples of this happening and the company having to write down a lot of the goodwill later.

The thing is that their 70% yoy growth number is misleading. AMD did not have xilinx in 2021 so making those comps mean nothing to me. The 60% full year revenue growth guidance means nothing as well. When we get into 2023 we can make more reasonable revenue growth comps. Obviously they will be reduced significantly because in 2023 we will be comparing to a quarter where Xilinx revenue was built in.
