Bought both homes as rental units in 2016 & 2017. 1 for 55k the other for 49k. Both got appraised recently at $460k… I'm not selling because 1 gets me 2200 (multi family home) & the other $1650 a month. Both my pride & joy 😊 😃

We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated.If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

Uhh even here in Calif, Kevin's get rich buying under market is… Is fine in many places but not every county/town. So he has good advice and the best is: Know your market and costs and realize every market/house is sorta like every person you could come across.
