We have clients all over the place that are doing this every single day and they're all saying the same thing when I send these textes I'm getting these unbelievable responses I'm engaging with customers I'm having all these conversations and guess what? So we're just a couple weeks into to the 100K and 100 day program you probably seen it I've been posting about it all the time. It's where we basically gave our clients an outline of everything they have to do for a 100 straight days including what you should start doing now which is going to Z ow pulling up every one of your clients in your sphere their zestimate, their exact zestate, taking a screenshot, sending it to them and saying hey, I was on Zilla today looking at homes in your area thought I'd stop by and look at yours I've got my opinion on this price. What do you think I've got my opinion on this price. What do you think? Maybe even have this emoji and guess what? We have clients all over the place that are doing this every single day and they're all saying the same thing when I send these Texas I'm getting these unbelievable responses is I'm engaging with customers I'm having all these conversations and guess what? What we know today is 3 to 5% of the people that are in your database are going to put their home in the market.

The question is, how do you engage them in a meaningful way that is relevant to them that isn't salesy, but instead is this is what Zillow says and they're probably wrong. Let's have a conversation. Let's have a conversation. Whoever has the most meaningful conversations with their clients and their sphere between now and the end of the year.

Are the agents that are going to win and my question for you is if not this then what are you going to do 100K in 100 days for a lot of my clients cuz their price points are higher. it could be 500k in 100 days but the only people that are going to have that money are the people that are willing to do the work. Are you willing to do the work?.
