Today I Want to talk about and explain when the AMC squeeze will happen. The SEC knows this crime goes on but is seemingly oblivious to the crime, just issuing small fines and not actually stopping it. So I want to explain exactly what we need for the squeeze, so stay tuned and let's make some money. We've seen these hedge funds and Banks being caught, but we've seen the SEC doing basically nothing John Berer tweeted this video of a billionaire Eric Sprout Speaking on naked shorting and as Iy assistants added he said I keep hearing billions of shares being mentioned, not just in Mullen but in AMC as well IMC Also traded billions of shares in one day back in 2021 and has regularly been trading hundreds of millions of shares and has also been fding on hundreds of millions of shares as well to the ignoration or the ignorance of the SEC.

One of the other things that of course is occupying me these days is this naked shorting that obviously goes on. Yes, thank you for bringing that up and you know we've had JP Morgan Goldman Sachs Citadel I'm probably forgetting one or two companies maybe Wells I'm not sure who it is, but who got fined for mismarking hundreds of millions of Trades hundreds of millions over five and 10 years and the guy pays a fine of $5 million or $6 million? Are you kidding me? Like think of 100 millions of Trades that trades a 100 million 100 shares. Oh my. God We're talking about billions of shares.

Yeah, yeah, that have been. Guy pays a $5 million $6 million fine is just absolutely ridiculous I think The Regulators have acted very callously here, knowing full well what's going on. But then again, when I look at the history of of the bureaucrats and what they do effective, they do nothing other than dip their fingers in the well. So what are you gonna do? It's all part of the prevailing corruption really at every level.

And again, so as you can hear there from Eric Sprout Naked Shorting is indeed happening. The SEC is even catching these hedge funds Banks and major institutions and market makers for their naked shorting, but instead of stopping the crime is just issuing tiny tiny fines. They've been caught for mismarking new shorts as long sales and creating synthetic shares. but instead of the hedge funds being closed down and instead of the synthetics being reversed out, they're just being issued or ordered to pay a small few million fine.

So it seems the SEC really is is turning a blind eye to synthetic shorting. And I Think this tweet from Gary Gendler a few days ago really cements that. So A few days ago Gary Gendler tweeted saying if you're suspecting some shady business in the financial world to let the SEC know. But as IC assistants added, he said, this has to be satire.

We've literally highlighted the criminal activity in the stock market. Not with a flood, not with a spotlight, but with the lumens that radiate from the Sun and you post this. He said, this is infuriating and it has to be a joke, right? We've pointed out the crime. the SEC has seen the crime, the SEC has fined for the crime, but the SEC has not stopped the crime, The SEC has seen these hedge funds IL legally profiting tens of billions, if not hundreds of billions of dollars across the market and I said, you know what we should do, We shouldn't stop this crime.

We should just issue them a small few million dollar fine, maybe take away $10 or $20 from them and allow the crime to continue. But so why why does this crime get swept under the rug and exactly what do we need for AMC to still squeeze I Always wanted to quickly go through today's brilliant play from the millionaire mindset. Trading Group which was on Arbb arbb was one I told the group about in the pre-market over that 230 high and I said to watch $267 at the open for a move above which would take the stock higher when the market opened, it pushed upwards into a hole and then pushed upwards further all the way to $454 for a whopping 70% gain. That is not acceptable. That tweet it looks like was from quite a while ago, but as Kevin replied he said Goldman Sachs paid you more for a 20 minute speech than a kindergarten teacher makes in 10 years. So this really is why the crime gets swept under the rug. It's because these politicians and these SEC employees make more money from speaking fees from these hedge funds than they do from Prosecuting these hedge funds and shutting down the crime.

So it's likely the crime won't actually be stopped by the SEC which I've said for some time now and we need something different to cause the squeeze. So there's two main things that can cause the squeeze which I've spoken about since 2021. The first one is the liquidation scenario or the margin C scenario where we have a market crash or a market squeeze that effectively stresses these hedge funds and these shorts so much they end up going bankrupt. Secondly, we've also got fundamentals because over time, just like we can see in Tesla fundamentals always beat crime.

So Biotech Moose tweeted this funny little caricature or cartoon of a boss asking employees saying, how's your project going The employees or the lower down say J mean the one that's been trying to bankrupt AMC for 3 years But we're doomed to fail because AMC is recovering, introducing new popcorn and chocol revenues and the boss says no, shortly must be a different project which you're actually going to work and it's actually going to be profitable in the long run, right? And they've said, well, sometimes there isn't another one and we're probably In Too Deep on this project as ape of Arabia has tweeted, check out the box office revenues for this year in 2023 versus the previous few years, we're now right there, knocking on the door of 2019, 2018, and 2017 revenues. That's why AMC is setting new alltime high profit, cash flow and revenue records. Best of all, the year still isn't even over yet and we've seen a marked increase compared to 2022 and 2024 will only be another year of good news. We've seen it in stocks like Tesla.

We've seen it in Booking.com We've seen it in the majority of stocks in the stock market that crashed in the year 200000 and 2008. Those companies that do set new revenue and profit records always beat The Shorts in the long run. That's why there's a very popular saying that say short sellers can have fun and get rich but Longs always win in the long term. Yes, the Shorts have succeeded in pushing the price of AMC down, albeit they can't close out of their short position.

But in the long term with a successful company like Tesla Longs always win And it seems that market crash scenario is also getting closer and closer as markets. and Mayhem tweeted. He said that Banks cut the most jobs this year since 208 led by UBS and Credit s where was Fargo and City group. We know many of these banks have already cut tens of thousands of employees per bank and only more is going to be seen in 2024.

That's because these banks are incredibly stressed with these high interest rates which are likely going to continue for longer. Yes, rates may not be pushed up any higher, but rate Cuts still aren't expected for at least 3 to 6 months. Yes, there have been tons of smaller catalysts in between that could have caused the AMC squeeze such as dividends, stock splits, reverse splits, and everything else, but the two major squeeze causes are going to be liquidations and fundamentals. We don't need fundamental for the squeeze because if these hedge funds go bankrupt and end up liquidated, The Squeeze is guaranteed.

But obviously, as I said also in the longterm, Longs always win. But I think one thing we can safely say in the meantime is that the SEC are likely never going to stop.
