How to Buy (and Keep) a Super Car Even On a Budget. You don’t have to be a millionaire or wait until you are past retirement age to buy a supercar. For example, you can get the Dodge Viper SRT10, which is a back-to-basics American muscle car with an 8.3-liter V10 engine and 500 horsepower for less than $30,000. If your life-long dream is to be the owner and driver of a supercar, don’t write it off as unrealistic.
Shop within your budget
Avoid falling in love with a car that you can’t afford by understanding your budget. You may be able to find a supercar in good condition in the $20,000 range, but it will take time. $30,000 – $50,000 is a more realistic price for a decent supercar with lower miles. You’re likely to find a Porsche 911, a Viper, or maybe even a Ferrari 348 or 355 from the 90s in that price range. Lamborghinis from the early to mid-2000s or the Ferrari 360 may bump the budget up to the $50,000 – $100,000 range.
When you figure out your supercar budget, remember to add insurance costs. Hopefully, your driving record is clean. This will help you get lower rates. Car insurance is another area where shopping around can save you money. When you’ve narrowed down your selection and you have the VIN number of a car you are interested in purchasing, call several companies to get quotes. Talk with an insurance agent that works with multiple companies, too. They can do the legwork for you. You may be pleasantly surprised to learn that it doesn’t cost much more to insure a 20-year-old supercar than it does a new SUV.
Loan vs cash
Financial experts may say you should never buy “toys” with a loan. However, if your credit is in good shape you could get a low-interest loan and keep your cash somewhere with better returns.
If it makes financial sense to get a loan for your supercar and stash your cash elsewhere, go for it.
Be sure to talk with the folks at local banks and credit unions in your community about financing your supercar, as well. They often have unadvertised deals on car loans. You may also get more flexible terms with a local lender. Don’t ever take the first financing deal offered at a dealership. They aren’t competitive and may sell you on convenience. Paying inflated interest rates could cost you thousands over the life of the loan.
Join a supercar community online
Forums are a great place to connect with supercar enthusiasts, especially if your taste leans toward a particular vehicle. You may be able to learn about supercars that current owners want to sell as they upgrade. These unadvertised deals let you learn a car’s history, too. You’ll have access to the current owner and their knowledge of the vehicle.
You’ll also get a good idea of what it really costs to own and maintain a specific type of car by reading forums. So, if your dream car is a Ferrari but potential maintenance costs are a concern, ask around inside Ferrari forums so you can get the truth from actual owners.
When you find the car you want, ask around to find out if anyone knows about it. Community members may be able to offer unique insights into the car’s quirks specific to that model and year. They may even be acquainted with that particular vehicle. The supercar world is tight-knit, and rare cars may already have a reputation.

So so here are the three things i love most about my new 2020 ferrari f8. So one of the first things that i love - that, i think is the most appealing, is uh aesthetically on how it looks. I wasn't the biggest fan of how these looked in pictures, but this specific spec it has the nardo wrap. You guys can.
Let me know in the comments section what you think uh the original color is black, as you can see on the top, but the actual wrap is kind of this, like milky, dark gray, which i think looks just super like stealth-like right makes it look like a Jet and then the carbon accents the amount that it's actually lowered, i feel like. The fitment is really nice, a little fitment check and, of course, the carbon wheels all together again the carbon accents everywhere from the front hood scoop to the front fender all around the car, all carbon gray and black. I think, all together, it's put together very nicely. Let me know in the comment section what you guys think one of the second things that i love most about the fa is actually just how it drives in comparison.
You know i currently have an audi r8. I've had corvettes, i've had supercars in general right, uh mclaren has to be one of my best uh or favorite performing cars, but this fa just ferrari's in general. I think just do such a better job when it comes down to the quality of material used and, of course, uh how it actually feels when driving. If you guys have ever driven a lamborghini versus a ferrari, i feel like a lamborghini is super aggressive and, although it might sound very cool, i don't think it performs the best versus uh ferrari.
I just feel like the quality is next level uh, which is one of my favorite things about this specific car. Now, let's talk about the third one, my third and final favorite thing about this ferrari. F8 has to be the performance. You know if you guys have followed me on this youtube channel for a while.
You guys know that i have had a number of supercars. I love buying and selling supercars and, if you guys aren't familiar with that, make sure you guys subscribe. But one of the things that i love about this one is again i'm not huge on upgrading or modifying your car, but this is my first modified supercar and let me just show you: it is absolutely insane. It sounds like a fighter jet.

It sounds like a fighter jet um. So the whole purpose of today's video is to remind you that, just because you make good money does not mean that you have to just throw it away on what used to be viewed as depreciating assets, especially in today's market. I think you - and i can both agree - there's never been a better time to make money off of everything. You guys know that i've done it with supercars done it with uh buying and selling properties, flipping properties trading in the stock market. It's all the same concept. It's just understanding the market well enough to understand what opportunities are actually worth taking advantage of with that being said, we're running our biggest sell ever if you guys have ever asked complete beginners wanted to learn how to trade.

First, they take the dinglebop, and they smooth it out with a bunch of schleem. The schleem is then repurposed for later batches. They take the dinglebop and they push it through the grumbo, where the fleeb is rubbed against it. It’s important that the fleeb is rubbed, because the fleeb has all of the fleeb juice. Then a schlami shows up, and he rubs it and spits on it. They cut the fleeb. There’s several hizzards in the way. The blamfs rub against the chumbles. And the ploobis and grumbo are shaved away. That leaves you with a regular old plumbus.
Congratulations Ricky this car will definitely appreciate in value
Car must be a Hybrid, it was so quiet about the 2nd thing he liked
Bro show more of you driving the car… I feel like this was a post just to try and sell the car…
