So I just got this question from a client for his team. He said hey, what's the most important thing for us to be successful in 2024 and I said look man, there is hundreds of things. Tens of things. It's never just one thing but I scratched my head and I said if I had to pick three I would say never.

One is optimism like a Cano Spirit a belief that real estate and your future are going to be extraordinary. Number two I would say work ethic, but not just work ethic. like going the extra mile and thinking about Alpha like my friend Tom Tulle who just got on a zoom behind me and Alpha meaning like I'm going for my absolute best and number three I wrote down it's going to be resourcefulness those of us that are resourceful in 2024 meaning we do whatever it takes to be successful. We don't show one house we have two pocket listings a for sale B an old expired for every opportunity we're going out to show a house to It's that kind of resourcefulness that's going to make the difference in 2024.
