I would like to add that you need to find some physical excercize that keeps you moving, fit and slim and you need to eath healthy.
I have an older brother who is in his fifties and through him and his friends i can see that their health takes a toll and they deteriorate fast because of obesity, no physical exercize and alcohol. Doctors visits and pills is their life now, you can avoid this.

Speaking of 16 rule i remembered good phrase – If you think that you are most smartest person in the room – you are in the wrong room. (Mean you never should stop moving forward and better always have friends or familiarities who better than you in some way, so you could get some lessons from them)

Wow, life coaching too! Going to give it a like as I agree with most of it but from my (female) perspective I believe some of it is pretty outdated but much of it was solid advice. I don’t agree with violence against bullies except in extreme circumstances which worked for me a couple of times as a child and I was amazed at the results!
For those of you going straight to the comments:
01 – Russian Farmer Mentality – yes you must do your work, but you must also be able to hold your own.
02 – Best way out of confrontation is to not get into it. Always ask yourself if it's worth it.
03 – Don't try to please everyone, lest you'll please no one.
04 – Your word is everything. Do not ever go back on your word.
05 – Good friends are rare. Keep them. You never know what could happen
06 – Manage your life like a CEO. Keep track of every little thing.
07 – New cars aren't worth it. They're a utility and nothing more. If you want a car for a person you like, that's not the kind of woman you want.
08 – Don't get married before your mid 30s. You need to be very stable physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially before marriage.
09 – Keep at least 6 month's salary as a no-touch emergency fund.
10 – Do not be afraid to cut out toxicity. If they're hurting you in any way and not bringing anything to the table, it's not worth it.
11 – When you get a job, you need to give more answers than questions, and don't whine about things.
12 – Go to school, get a job, and create value. Education, work, and creation of value are very important.
13 – Do not be afraid to say no to family and friends.
14 – Talk less, ask more. People like to hear themselves talk.
15 – Be proud of your goals, speak and act on your goals, live for your goals, and do not stop planning and working towards them. GO ALL IN!
