If you're a newer agent, you reviews may be small in comparison to more seasoned agents. This also goes for the "Track Record" strategy you mentioned. Any ideas on over coming this?

I LOVE the funnel idea and letting them know we charge 3% and giving them the option on the BA’s commission. Definitely taking action on that. I know this is old but thanks!
