What exactly's come in in 2019 now YouTube always drops new and exciting things on us year after year. So what exactly is come in this new year now, if you're new around here consider smacking that subscribe button, we go over all sorts of great behind-the-scenes things in regards to YouTube, along with some other great topics on this channel, but anyway, 2019. What's new! Well, first off you may have noticed this already, but the creator studio is getting a completely new facelift.

Youtube has been testing this interface with some pilot groups lately, but at the time I'm actually making this video, almost every single channel has access to it. It looks much cleaner. However, it will take some getting used to as majority of the navigation options have changed. It's not just a new look, it's a completely new system and it's gon na cause a riot again.

We see updates like this happened, YouTube all the time and two things for sure will happen. One at first. Everyone is gon na absolutely hate. This creator, studio creators and viewers alike, are gon na head to Twitter and say how awful this is now YouTube's ruining their platform and how they want it to go back to the old ways and then to a few months down the line everyone's gon na forget About this new update, everyone's gon na say oh wow, it's actually pretty solid and YouTube's actually becoming a great place.

I really like YouTube in the direction it's going and everything's great being on the platform for 10 plus years now I can assure you this is how it's gon na happen. It happens every single year. I cannot stress it enough. People are outraged by change on YouTube when in reality, it's usually for the best and then things get fine and then no one even bats, an eye about how they were so mad a couple months later.

However, let's talk about something else that seems to change every other year: the logo. Yes, the YouTube logo slightly changes every once in a while. However, most people don't even recognize the change, which is pretty sad. It's ever so slight, but YouTube's always keeps things fresh, which is why it's gon na be the number one search engine soon.

So take notes of that. Will we actually see the logo change in 20? We're not really sure, but there's a slight chance of it, and even if there is a change, it is always so slight that not many people who've been recognize it. So it's not even that big a deal, but something that's a little bit more realistic. That could be changing or coming or not coming to YouTube in 2019 is allegedly the YouTube gaming section is not gon na exist anymore.

Yes, so, apparently the YouTube gaming app is gon na, be no more. The YouTube gaming roof was put up in August of 2015, and since then it has seen an incredible growth spike over the last few years. However, allegedly in March of 2019 and a few months here, YouTube is supposed to be bringing it back under one roof. A new gaming section will be added to the main youtube.com site.

It'll feature personalized content based on the games you like to watch as well as some recorded videos mixed in as well. Basically, YouTube is trying to get the best of both worlds. Online gaming and pre-recorded video now these were essentially separate, but still under the YouTube name for the past few years, now they're bringing it all together onto one site. So it's no longer gon na be that gaming YouTube site just YouTube in general, we'll see what happens! There's probably gon na be a lot of outrage and hate again right as it happens, and then probably gon na be some pretty good stuff as we move forward.

Is it a good idea, though I don't really know. Let me know what you guys think in the comments down below. I think it'll be something that'll be pretty unique to see in 2019, but that's essentially what you can look forward to in 2019 now, how exactly does this benefit us or change us? Well, the more you know the better. Okay, knowledge is power when it comes to YouTube so start thinking about these changes on YouTube and how it could benefit you specifically.

Maybe you alter your content to not show up on YouTube gaming anymore, but to show up under this new personalized, the YouTube gaming section on YouTube, calm things like that, will keep you ahead of the curve and always one step ahead. Everyone else on the platform. You can also start getting super familiar with the new creator studio. It is most likely gon na be the dominating thing for a while on the platform.

So the more you know about it, the easier you can navigate it, the better off you'll, be ultimately, if you're a creator on the platform, you always want to know as much as possible about the platform itself.
