For everyone who’s wondering which route to take or can’t quite pick a business venture or career to go with, this video shares some creative ways to think about it and narrow down what’s best. Enjoy! Snapchat/Instagram: GPStephan
Step 1: Start by reverse engineering it. Determine what type of lifestyle you want and get very specific about it. How much money do you need? What do you want to achieve? The car, house, trips, vacations, real estate you want to own, etc. How much will that cost you and how much will you need to make to pay for those things?
Step 2: How much are you willing to risk and how soon do you want this to happen? The sooner you want it, generally the more risk you’ll need to take. Consider if you’re willing to take those risks and if it’s worth it to you.
Step 3: How many hours are you willing to work? If you’re the type that loves to work, then your ideal career will be much different than someone who follows the 4 hour work week and wants to do as little as possible. Otherwise, investing and creative passive income sources over a long period of time might be better.
Step 4: What are you willing to give up to make it a reality? Generally there will be things to give up along the way and you’ll have to determine what’s worth it to you and what you’re not okay giving up.
It’s all about working backwards from your end goal and finding something that aligns with who you are. Ideally, though, you should do something that you enjoy. I hope this helps, thanks again for watching!

You’re changing lives, I appreciate you. 🙏
Love your videos. Keep up hood work
“SunCor Financial MPI review” ""
I just told my boss my notice and still deciding what I would do next. I always fantasize to start in real estate and day trading while doing a consignment e-commerce store on the side. I've been doing it beside my full-time but never give it 100% of my attention so it's not really growing in the direction I was hoping. I'm really excited about my choice of quitting 9-5 but it is indeed very scary.
Anyone in the comments who did this successfully? Would love to hear you’re story
Hi Graham.. I already watched majority of your videos and way back I commented that i am going to be just like you and here i am achieving that slowly. I just sold 3 properties in 2 months and 1 property last year. I also have a Youtube channel. Thank you very much for inspiring people! ❤️💯💪
This guy is the real deal.
great advice, thanks
2 for 2 winners tonight! Again nail on the head. Answer to your question is a resounding to spend time with the family and my girlfriend. To do that via trading stocks, which I love (been consistent $300-500 a day). The sacrifice I have to make is taking a 2 year contracting job in Europe that allows me to work during the day helping soldiers and trade stocks at night. Every weekend with the girlfriend.
I am the same in terms of work, sometimes I don't feel like working at all. While occasionally I can't sleep because I am so excited to complete the task. 😳 You were lucky to find what you like early. 👍 Great video, huge value, thanks 😊
Graham, that’s why you succeed in life, you always find a path that leads you to the better direction.
I always wanted to be a protection specialist aka bodyguard.
This really is a great video. Need to give this some thought. Thank you.
Graham: do you attend a conference with other real estate companies that offer courses books etc? I bought a course for $997 cash flow dad life and looks like it’s probably similar to yours. Also all the keywords ya’ll use like, mindset, reverse engineering everyone is using the same lingo, crazy. I just wish I knew about you before I spend the $997 and bought that course. Thanks I enjoy your videos!
Superb. This 40 year old educator and consultant, though much older than you, gets inspired and energized by your work. Hopefully it's not too late to dream about quitting the 9 to 5 grind. Great work sir, respect.
Love this Video!!!!!
Being a Real estate agent has always been my dream job since the age of 7. Eventually ended going to school and completed a undergrad degree. I still want to become an agent i just havent made the transition due to the high failure rate but eventually will get into it in the future.
Hi Graham!, I'm Diego. I can't believe your videos are free! Seems like something people would pay to see. I'm currently in the process of getting my real estate license and I'm both excited and scared of what that'll be like once I'm out in the field. I come from an engineering background and this seems completely different than what I'm used to. I hope to gather much experiences and break out my shell. I love watching your videos and glad you are so willing to share.
Brilliant, as always, but in this case, specifically because everyone is different and there's no one-size-fits-all solution. Tastes, tolerances, and preferences vary SO much!
When you said you need to narrow down the plan, to “what is going to best support the goal” (I’m paraphrasing of course), it felt like you were talking directly to me lol.
I’ve always been interested in Auto Sales, but I also want to be involved in real estate (both flipping and holding/rentals). But I also want to own a Video game store (retail). And many other things.
But when it comes down to it, my 9-5 isn’t terrible, and I can keep it while investing in rental properties. And that’s clearly the best way to go for the next 5-10 years. Then once I have enough passive income, then I can worry about all the more active strategies like car sales or a retail store. Also still trying to get my YouTube channel monetized again would help. 😉 lol.
Thank you! This is going to help
Can you get approved for a home loan with a part time job?
Another great, helpful, video which I found value in! When are you going to do a house tour? At least show us your garage office!
Thanks
How did you get so good at talking to the camera? You keep amazing eye contact throughout the whole video

Hey graham im out here in Las Vegas 24.recently just quit my job and have been learning Rei for the past couple months, i know real estate is what I want to do,but I’ve been having this itch to move to LA and start a Real estate career. I have goals of earning passive income so I don’t have to work but also want to sell luxury real estate. If you were in my position with the goals I have, would you make the move ? Or would you stay in Las Vegas and start a career here? Is Las Vegas a good market to be in?
Thank you
Zach
Do you mentor?
