Tesla split it's happening, and now it's confirmed by tesla themselves. It's happening. Tesla just announced they're going to ask shareholders for approval to issue more authorized stock, basically to allow for a split now the board already approved it. Shareholders obviously still need to approve it, but i see no way where this thing doesn't get approved.

It's essentially like asking your shareholders: hey. Do you want more free money, obviously they're going to say yes not to the stocks, but it's free money, but less time a split happened in august 2020, this stock doubled. That was a five to one split, and this time we don't know nothing. We don't know how big the split is.

Gon na be two to one three one, four, one, five to one, fifty seven thousand to one. Nobody knows yet the only thing we know it's happening, it's been approved by the board and we're still pending shareholder approval, which i assume we will get now. Here's the problem on mainstream media you're going to see a lot of this language talking about a dividend. This is not announcing a dividend, there's no dividend coming forget about it, there's no dividend.

When they say dividend they mean a split. A split by way of a dividend is when you are the shareholder and you're getting more stock as a dividend. You can call it dividend in kind, but basically it's just a dividend. That's basically out there to carry out a split nobody's, getting any money.

There's no money coming chill: nobody buy a new car just yet, unless of course, it's the tesla in that case go right ahead now check this out. Tesla actually managed to avoid any backlash from its investors, because, essentially what they did today. They announced the dividend, but also they announced that they're shutting down the shanghai factory for a day or two or three. Nobody really knows until they figure out what's happening with kovit.

Now the cynics will say: well, you know it's illan, basically pumping up the stock, it's elon doing this on purpose to you know, overshadow the fact that shanghai is being paused and whatever it is now. Obviously, that's a bunch of horse polonie. I mean it's as good as saying that elon is bored because he doesn't have a girlfriend anymore and that's why he's splitting or it's a pump or it's whatever? It is all the haters and the bears will always find excuses of why this is a bad idea to invest in tesla, and you know every time i want to say the same thing when it was 800 when it was 900, when it was a thousand. You know, keep shorting the stock, see how it works out for you.

I've said it before this was your last chance to get it at 900 bucks. Now i was wrong for about a month, but, as you can see right now long term you can't beat a good performance. Time is the worst enemy of mediocracy and the best friend of a good company and tesla is a good company. If you've seen one.
