Just like this one, and now i want to dive straight in with the key information, so adam aaron, the ceo of amc, tweeted, saying the first one was such a success. We're doing it again on august, the 7th at about 100 amc theaters in the united states on our big screens across the country, another ufc matchup ufc, 265 lewis versus gain.

I personally think this is a great idea. The first amc ufc was a massive success and theaters around the us were absolutely packed out to watch the fight. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a disappointing fight because it ended far too early, but the thought was there. I personally think this is a great idea to continue it on, and hopefully, adam aaron and amc expand into other sports ventures as well.

I personally think amc would do great showing any pay-per-view match. There is not only are they advertising it for cheaper than actual pay-per-view, but you can also go there. Relax watch the big screen with all the snacks. Now, you might say always it's better watching the pay-per-view at home because you can have all the boys around, but at the same time don't forget you can just do a group outing to an amc, theater and watch it on the big screen and support amc at The same time, this is great for the amc publicity, because now the entire ufc industry or the fans of the ufc industry are going to know what's going on with amc and potentially become part of the ape nation.

But what about those new 13f filings? Well, there was one that stood out massively to me. The state of new jersey pension fund has just bought 229 000 shares of amc that translates to around 13 million dollars, and these shares were purchased in quarter two of 2021, meaning they were purchased in the period between april and june, potentially after the run up to 70, so what is a pension fund that typically invests into very very low risk securities doing investing into amc? Clearly, the state of new jersey pension fund believes that the amc squeeze is an absolute sure thing and they don't want to miss out on those returns. Pension funds typically spread their assets far and wide investing in tracker funds and other etfs and typically don't invest directly in stocks if they do they're investing in amazon, microsoft, apple giant, giant, blue chip companies, typically pension funds don't take risks, investing into small cap growth stocks And therefore, this pension fund must see amc as of sure play. We've also got an update from the cfa institute.

A recent report shows that they're recommending that regulations or regulators should put a limit on dark pool trading trading, including broker, dealer internalization and dark pools in which prices are not displayed prior to execution, has grown significantly. Non-Exchange trading in the u.s has surged in recent years. Accounting for an estimated 40 of all u.s stock trades in spring 2017 or 2017, compared with an estimated 16 in 2010.. Now we know for amc, that's potentially up to 70 and even 91 at certain times.

During the day, dark pools have been at the forefront of this trend towards off exchange trading accounting for 15 of us volumes as of 2014. from a market integrity perspective. The growth in dark trading raises potential concerns, ranging from a perceived decline in the transparency of markets. To a reduced willingness of investors to display quotes if dark venues free ride on those quotes and privatise order flow cfa institute members have raised concerns that the incentive to display orders in public markets is being undermined by certain off-exchange trading practices.

In turn, these concerns have implications for public price discovery, liquidity and the quality and integrity of markets. So basically, a lot of members from the cfa institute, don't like dark pools because of how untransparent they are and how much it. Caps, natural market growth, organic growth by the way the cfa institute or the corporate finance association institute, is full of banks, hedge funds, private equity firms and just general institutions. Therefore, we're seeing a lot of institutions that actually don't like dark pools whatsoever and finally, we've got an article in unilad, a massive massive news: publication source hashtag dark pool abuse trends, as retail traders rally against market manipulation on amc stock.

Again, i personally think this is great. Unilad is popular with a lot of younger people, potentially younger investors, potentially younger people that haven't yet heard of the amc movement.
