Ape has fallen below $1 per share, does that mean APE will soon be delisted?
Ape has triggered the 30 day de-listing notification, that means in 30 days AMC will receive an Initial Delisting Notice, AMC then has 6 months/180 days for APE to resolve the $1 deficiency.
Adam Aron can always force this resolution by performing a reverse split of the APE stock, a 1 for 10 reverse split would bring the APE price back to $9 or $10 per share. It would also mean that Adam Aron can still issue 450m new shares.

#AMC #AMCStock #ShortSqueeze

Today I Want to talk about whether 8 will be delisted or if the squeeze will happen first or if there's a secret alternative that Adam Aaron could Implement to prevent Ape from being delisted, forcing The Squeeze So stay tuned and let's make some money. And now I'm going to dive straight in with the key information. So Tony Diary tweet is saying he's had lots of questions about the APD listing notice and the reverse split. He said on the New York Stock Exchange the price has to be under a dollar for 30 consecutive trading days before compliance notice is sent out.

He said that would make the timing mid-January and you'd also need to assume there's no price bump in the Apes stock from the Avatar release starting mid-December Basically saying that if Eight bounces back above a dollar even for Only One Singular trading day, it resets that 30 consecutive trading day period. Now we know these shorts are trying all they possibly can to ensure that Apis delisted. They're trying to push the stock down and manipulate it every single day to ensure that eight Falls below a dollar for those 30 consecutive days. But what exactly are the rules around the listing? Will 8 be delisted and can Adam Aaron do anything about it? Do we just wait those 30 days and it magically disappears? Or is there a longer process involved with more stringent compliance requirements? Well, I Want to talk about exactly how these shorts have been manipulating the eight price and how it's becoming more and more obvious on a daily basis.

I Want to talk about how they've exposed themselves to this and that shorting and how they have no other choice. They're not shorting eight because they want to. they're shorting eight because they have to. But let's start by talking about these d-listing requirements and what exactly the rules are.

Well, Investopedia says the listing requirements vary from One exchange to the next. For example, on the New York Stock Exchange if a Securities price closed below a dollar for Thursday consecutive trading days, that exchange would initiate the delisting process. Now, the New York Stock Exchange would start this de-listing process by issuing an initial notice of non-compliance or a non-compliance notice upon receipt of the compliance notice. A New York Stock Exchange Listing company has six months to bring its share price and average closing price back above one dollar.

It says a company can regain compliance at any time during the six month cure period if on the last trading day of any calendar month. During the Cure period, the company has both the closing price of at least one dollar and an average closing share price of at least one dollar over the 30 trading day period. Now, that sounds a little bit confusing, but it's basically saying that in any one month period, it has to have an average closing price of at least one dollar and on the very last day of that period, close above one dollar as well. Therefore, let's say in January or February for the first two weeks, Ape closes around 90 cents every single day, but then for the second two weeks eight closes around one dollar and ten cents.
or one dollar and eleven cents. The average closing price is a dollar or a dollar and one cent, give or take. Now if that happens, the de-listing process stops and Ape isn't arrest risk of being delisted unless again, it falls below a dollar for 30 consecutive trading days and then a new deal Listing process is initiated with a new six month type period. Now I Managed to find a real practical recent example of this happening on November 14, 2022 Starry Group Holdings received a deficiency letter from the New York Stock Exchange notifying the company that it's not in compliance with the applicable price criteria.

He said as of November 7th, the average closing price of the stock was less than one dollar per share over a consecutive 30 trading day period and therefore story has a six month period following a receipt of a deficiency letter to bring its share price and average share price back above one dollar. Now you may say Tom if these shorts push eight below a dollar which they already have and hold it there for 30 consecutive trading days and then hold it there for another six months with constant manipulation, Does that mean it gets the listed? Technically The answer to that question is yes, Ape would be listed if the shorts can hold the price of Vape below a dollar for six consecutive months. However, I Do think the squeeze will happen first, and I Do also think that Adam Aaron has a secret tactic to avoid that delisting. Now, Investopedia Also says to avoid being delisted, some companies will undergo a reverse split of their stock shares.

This has the effect of combining several shares into one and multiplying the share price. For example, if a company executes a 1 for 10 reverse split, it could raise their share price from 50 cents per share to five dollars. I Mean we're currently doing their biggest ever giveaway for the Christmas period. They're currently holding a sixty thousand dollar Sweepstake giveaway and you also get 20 free shares worth up to two thousand dollars each when you sign up to Mumu right now using the link in the description below.

Now, I Think reverse split is an excellent idea for the H stock, and it also means that Adam Aaron can still issue a large amount of Ape shares and pay down the aims he debt. Now remember that AMC and Adam Aaron are pre-authorized to issue up to 4.5 billion additional preferred shares of Ape to raise cash. Now, if there's a one for 10 reverse split, Adam Aaron can't issue 4.5 billion Ape shares. but he could still issue 450 million Ape shares.

And obviously if he performs this reverse split, the stock would increase from 90 cents per share up to nine dollars per share. If you then sold 450 million Ape shares at nine dollars per share, that's around four billion dollars of cash. Now, obviously that four billion dollars of cash would pay down the AMC debt and Adam Aaron would only have to set off 450 million shares or even less on top of that. I Also believe the stock and AMC will squeeze before this six-month time period Actually, elapses.
Don't forget right now, we are already in the midst of the market crash and many believe the recession is already here. Obviously, the US government hasn't yet admitted to a recession, but the stock market is crashing and over the next six months I expected to crash significant, efficiently More and obviously, as I've said, when the market does have that final Hail Mary crash, it will cause the liquidation of many hedge funds causing the squeeze. I Personally think this market crash and liquidation wave is likely to happen within the next six months and not in 12 or 18 months. For example, Obviously, if Adam Aaron issued the Ape stock back in 2021, that would have been too soon before the market crashed whereas he's issued it right now.

it's the perfect timing as the market is already crashing. Therefore, right now: I Don't really think that Ape is at risk of being delisted because Adam Aaron has so many options. Adam Aaron Can see how the next six months play out and see whether the market crashes first, causing these hedge funds to be liquidated, forcing the squeeze. And if the market doesn't crash over these next six months, Adam Aaron can still perform this reverse split of the Apes stock reverse splitting at said 10 to 1 ratio.

You can then continue to sell a 450 million Ape shares, raising nearly four billion dollars of cash to pay down the aims. He dare. Not only would this ensure that Ape isn't delisted as it pushes the share price well above one dollar to say nine or ten dollars per share, but it also assures AMC's Financial stability, raising four billion dollars of cash and paying down all of the aims He dare. This then puts the shorts in a very sticky situation, especially when you consider the springboard.

Theory From earlier this year, we know the spring for both AMC and for ape has been pulled back so far and it's ready to snap. These shorts have been continually suppressing the ape and AMC Springs Tighter and Tighter and Tighter and Tighter as they continue to manipulate both the ape and AMC stock, it compresses these Springs even more. But obviously when you suppress these Springs there comes a point when there's a catalyst that causes these Springs to rebound, firing these shorts upwards, firing the price upwards, and liquidating those shorts. as the shorts continue to suppress and manipulate the eight price.

It suppresses this spring further and further and obviously if tape does not end up being delisted due to a reverse split, it effectively causes a springboard. and to see how close we are to that springboard or to see how close we are to that market crash. Black's one event tweeted saying Layman Brothers collapsed five days after reaching 610 basis points on their credit default swap pricing. Right now, the Credit Suisse's five-year CDs is around 400 basis points and continually increasing day by day.
This article from September of 2008 suggests the five-year credit default swaps on Layman Brothers Rose 135 basis points to a record high of 610. And if we look at these five-year credit default swaps on Credit Suisse right now in October and November and December of 2022, we can see the five-year line in blue. It's already over 400 basis points. That means that right now Credit Suisse is approaching that Layman Brothers moment of having a 600 basis point CDs where it will eventually go bankrupt and obviously you've created sweets It's the dust and ends up going bankrupt.

It will liquidate their entire portfolio, liquidating many other hedge funds along the way, crashing the market, and we can now see the shorts exposing themselves to exactly how they're manipulating the Aid price by forcing more and more shares and more and more trades through these dark pools. There was a time when we were surprised seeing 60 or 70 percent of AMC trading off exchange, but now we're seeing ninety percent of ape trading off exchange on a daily basis. Yesterday we saw eighty percent of all volume going directly off exchange, with 4.57 and 3.2 percent going to the Cboa and New York Stock Exchange dark pools only around six and a half percent of Trades went directly through the NASDAQ directly through the New York Stock Exchange or through the IEX exchange as well. So on a daily basis, we're now seeing 90 of all trades going directly off exchange.

But are those trades made up entirely of professional hedge fund trades or majority made up of retail investor trades? while Market Charmeleon is showing the majority of Trades are going through these Dart pools and not going through these lit exchanges as can be seen from this chart here. But we can also see that actually very few of these trades are institutional trades or professional trades, or even small trades. The majority of these trades come directly from retail investors here in Red: Even though these dark pools were designed for these large, institutional, big block hedge fund trades, they're actually not being used for that they're being used for. They were not designed for which is passing through retail investor volume.

These dark pools were designed specifically for these hedge funds and for nobody else. They were for these hedge funds to make trades that would not significantly impact the market, not to feed through the retail investor volume, crushing and hiding their volume. We can now see these shorts are getting desperate, increasing their daily dog pull usage from 60 or 70 percent up to 90 on a daily basis. This goes to show how much these shorts are panicking how much they're on their last leg.
And it goes to show they're not shorting eight because they want to. They're shorting eight because they have to. But guys, be sure to let me know what you think down in the comments below. And as always, guys, be sure to ding that notification Bell because that way you'll be alerted when I Put a new video Cheers!.

PREFERRED SHARE DIVIDEND CANT BE DELISTED SIMPLY FOR GOING UNDER 1 DOLLAR AS ITS A DIVIDEND AND NOT THE COMPANIES COMMON STOCK.

  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Scott Dowle says:

amc and its shareholders have lost more value than a lawsuit or at least an investigation into naked shorting would have cost. AA should do that now

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kevin Kyte says:

When APE was introduced into the market it came with a T+90 day rule where all FTDS would have to cover. That's 90 business days so if you use a business calculator you would find 90 days from aug22 is January 6th. MM knows it's too late to delist so they are trying to short it down to 0. That's why AMC has only sold 12.5 million of new ape shares and why ape is getting so viciously attacked.

  7. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars TM Antimatter says:

APE hasn't done anything but go down don't expect it to go up now. This catalyst that catalyst won't matter.

Most times it amazes me greatly the way I moved from an average lifestyle to earning over 65k per month, utter shock is the word. Ape can’t be delisted . Preferred stocks are not eligible . Check section 802.03 and 802.3 . Rule for NYSE

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Got Milk says:

By you saying it can be delisted, you’re saying this isn’t a dividend! How can a dividend get delayed?! Were we duped? Is $APE a stock and not a dividend?!!!

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars easy2120 says:

Reverse split is terrible for retail. Shorts will continue to push the price down.

  17. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Chris Johnson says:

I don’t believe they will try to delist ape because thats a whole set of complications. How would they explain 5 million retail investors holding hundreds of millions of shares since ape was released and yet ape is under $1? So because of that I think they will keep it hovering above and below $1 like they have been since they got it there. They may try to dip it below $.50 at times, who knows. But i think they will being it back up above $1 before 30 days passes. This is all a phycological game now. Its just numbers on a screen.

  18. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ChrisVaBch APE says:

No it can’t be. It’s not common stock

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars mlpabq1 says:

I'm not sure a de-listing is even an issue worth considering. I've been in the play deep since the beginning and am not going anywhere, however I don't see any way to stem the printing of fake shares and the creation of fake tokenized coins. All they have to do is make a book entry stating the existence of shares and business goes on as usual. No government agency is going to police this. AA is basically complicit; he has no interest a squeeze and no interest in working for squeeze shareholders.

  20. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Super Toxin says:

AA will get the notice, then buy back shares of APE causing a squeeze that will probably start things off. just my thoughts on this information. love the videos.

  21. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars C D says:

AA committed fraud in HF’s interest against his shareholders called β€œDividends”. He should be prosecuted for doing that, we didn’t want and didn’t vote for that APE unit shit.

  22. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Monorama Biswas says:

    APE will go down more

  23. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars chaoticpuppet says:

I'm sure Adam considered all angles before releasing ape. T90 hasn't come yet so all we can do is wait, buy if you can. I trust aa.
Also, ape is a proffered equity. Not a stock. Does that make a difference regarding delisting?

  24. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Wayne Christensen says:

If APE goes lower he should definitely not do a reverse split. He should buy all 500 million shares of APE back which was previously said in other comments. If he did a reverse split they would short it down even further and we would definitely be in trouble. I like Thomas's videos, but this is worst one ever.

  25. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Oaks Way Recordings LLC says:

No; APE will NOT be delisted. It will squeeze instead.

  26. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ZekeBriarcliff says:

Splits don't impact overall value. WTF are you even thinking?

  27. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Rob Woodley says:

So if I understand correctly to get delisted hedgies have to accomplish both 1) holding ape to an average price under 1 dollar 30 days and 2) last day of month ape must be under a dollar. If any 2 of those things don't happen ape can't be delisted both conditions must be met right? You need both so if averages a dollar and it closed above a dollar last day of month then ape doesn't meet delisting criteria

  28. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Icon says:

MMTLP and MMAT is the squeeze play for now.
Get in when you can. Make that money and buy in to AMC after.
We CANT count on AA and we know Thomas and other YouTube makes $50k to mention brokerage. So he don't care.

  29. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars ALFIE DEVERA says:

There was never squeeze you dummy

  30. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars teddy quach says:

What happened when it get delisted do we get our money back ? 😒

  31. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Gorilla Trader says:

Well, the fact we are talking about APE being delisted is fairly serious and Adam Aron has a lot of explaining to do. He needs to come out and say that if it's gonna be delisted he will do a reverse split to prevent it.
