I was excited to see this news yesterday but I'm not ready to grab on tight to these two yet. I think after Q3 earnings from other big tech companies might create a window of opportunity to invest in either ZOOM or FIVN.
A company losing money since day one, with no profits in sight, is acquired by a one-hit fad giant fading into irrelevance… Not since Time- Warner bought AOL… or was it the other way around?

$15bn all in stock? How is this deal going to affect current shareholders of Zoom stock, in terms of dilution? It doesn't appear that Zoom has enough shares available, to buy a $15bn company. How can Zoom avoid issuing more shares to pay for 5 9?
Isn’t zoom a Chinese company? Your data being sent to 🇨🇳… An American company allow to sell their data to China again. China would not allow their data to be sent to USA or Europe. Zoom is paying for the data to be sent to China.. that is why they don’t care about over paying.

This is very good analysis, I think this is a great marriage. A bit of over pay but seeing how the price of both is going up with the merger news and the fact they are paying with stock is a perfect deal. This is a winner
