If I'm not making myself uncomfortable I'm going to continue to get the same results I've always got you know it and I know it. What are you going to do to get uncomfortable? What can you learn? How many books are you reading, What podcast you listening to? What are you doing to expand the way you think about the business so you can start thinking more about what do the customer want? What does a customer need and not about what you're doing? And am I going to do another transaction if you put all of your focus and concentration on what of the needs of the client, what are the fears of the client, what are the worries of the customer and then you go to chat GPT or Tom. A or whatever you choose to use and say what are all the ways I can surprise and Delight what are all the ways I can support them? What are all the ways that I could solve the problems and then go deliver? That maybe just maybe that level of discomfort for you that caused you to get outside of the box is exactly what you need to do to make sure the 2024 is exactly how you want it to be.
