Actually hype can cause penny stocks to be very predictable. I would highly advise not to trade hyped penny stocks if you are a beginner. However, if you are experienced and know what you are doing, you can capitalize on these moves very easily.
You've got the flag hung the wrong way, dude. Haha, you have to have the Union (blue part with the stars) on the upper-left side of the flag when hanging it vertically.
