The hedgies and market makers can't create synthetic APE shares
There's no options chain, so the hedgies can't hide any FTDs/synthetics, the stock doesn't exist so they can't create synthetics in advance of the issuance, they can't FTD on a stock that doesn't exist (yet), as the stock doesn't exist, it can't be borrowed and shorted.
There's an entire list of reasons why synthetic $APE can't be created and why the stock shouldn't be delayed, by not delaying APE it also doesn't give them any chance to prepare.
And one of the main reasons, APE doesn't dilute AMC, Adam Aron can ask for a dilution vote in the future, but there's no guarantee it will be passed, we literally aren't creating a single extra AMC share right now!

Hi Thomas, what happened with the AMC calls, i purchased Jan 2024 100 call, … if amc splits to amc+ app and price got divided , how the cals will be priced , the aps will not have any cals / puts so it means that a lot of calls will be priced much lower ?
I wonder what the best opportunities to invest now are, there are opinions but a little later I find out these opinions don't matter as a totally different turn of events play out with the stocks they discussed therein…
I thought the whole point was we don't need to worry if they make fake shares or not because it will have already squeezed by then.
What stops APE from exploding AA dilutes APE and pays down debt and buys back AMC shares?
HOLD APE! It’s not a hard decision, look at what you personally have invested. It’s nothing compared to holding and making this thing happen. I finally crossed over to green with my 550 shares last week. I’m not going anywhere. All this FUD is planted to scare. The absolute WORST thing that will happen if you hold and amc dies in the toilet, you would lose your investment that you were already prepared to do by investing it in the first place. But if we hold, and diamond hand this thing, the rewards to our small investment is life changing. I know what I’m doing. I hold for you, you hold for me. 🫶🏼
APE will emulate HKD that why they showed us what could happen all we have to do is hold our ape and maybe create some buying pressure by trying to buy a few APE, if ape sqeezes and moons it may be the real moass. when we sell the other side buys them upat the end of the day the corrupt wallstreet will be the bag holders. this is a gift from AA whatever he has planned its meant to give us our moass and also put him in a position to save his company. people need to stop the FUD and especially listening to the FUD master Lou.

The fab 3 were not shared all together on any of their sites collectively as was done with Lou's. The manipulation is very clear and I don't believe those doing the manipulating are even aware of what they are doing. Stop for a minute and think about it. I just started investing in The Stock Market in May of 2021.. Sssssooo, I don't understand some of what you're saying in this video.. lol.. But, I DO know this: I have 515 shares of Amc stock & I'm NOT selling any of them until each Amc share is @ least 4 figures!! Diamond hands ALL day baby, lol..
I think the reason Robinhood is now trading APE has to do with that new investigation…
APE stock with it's fringe benefits is just as important to me as AMC stock, I'm not selling and I'm not leaving!!

I hear what you're saying, but for me, no one actual knows who and how many people have phantom shrs, so how will anyone know who receives actual APEs and didn't get some type of phantom APE logged as a IOU. Yes, Computerpshare will issue all the 516 mil APEs after that who's gonna check every broker to ensure no synthetics where created?

The market is geared towards the big money what happen to Melvin capital short position on AMC. Nothing was covered just moved around. These hedgefund will not loose they will continue to find new ways to keep amc down. They have been doing this for what 14 months. When they need shares magically millions appear out of no where to push AMC right down. Listen I just buy 10 shares a week and hold if you can get $2 dollars a month on a stock a month that’s a good deal
