I've got 2 little ones, married, the whole 9 and you continue to lite that fire for me to be successful bro as with many others! I agree with you 100% man!! I have been working since 12 for my fathers construction company and mowed lawns, shoveled driveways when I wasn't helping him. At age 15 the company went under and we moved to Wyoming for a job for him where I worked on a ranch after school. Age 16 I became a father I moved out and got a job in the oil feild. where I could work as much as I wanted. I made over 100k that year on 10 dollars a hour I never got less than 100 hours a week that hole year. Fast forward to present day 6 months ago I saw a opportunity to finally start my own oil Service company in Texas which has boomed for me so far and opened many doors that I am pursuing in and out of the energy industry. For the same reason as you that my 2 children never has to go though what I did. Would I ever wish I had a different child hood? Absolutely not! Every thing that has happened to me has turned out to be the best thing for me. I'm only 21 now and feel like I finally got the ball rolling.
This video pretty much explains my early life. Started working at 16 to help provide for my family lived in section 8 but got kicked out for a bullshit reason. Had 4k saved but then i had to get an apartment because my mom is disabled and i tried college for a year and now im 10k in debt. Ive gotten a couple "promotions" (use as loosely as possible) and im trying to kill that debt so i can start saving. Unfortunately i think itll be a while for me 😓
The people willing to make the time for success are the people who will succeed regardless if they have to work a full time job or not.
