What's the most expensive house you've sold? Seven and a half million dollars? What's the commission on that? It's 200 and something thousand you talked about. Your big break was a 3.6 million something as I first asked just turned 19. I had held open houses every single Sunday for eight months and then randomly this guy walks in. He liked the fact that I was just young and getting into business I guess I reminded him of himself when he was younger and he literally was like Hey I Want to give you a chance? Wow! Anyone who's over the age of 18 can get your real estate license and they think to themselves that it's an easy way for me to make money and then they think to themselves like wait a second like I've worked four months and I haven't earned a single paycheck.
This is a waste of time I could have made all this money had it worked a normal job I think it's frustrating they quit most people from what I've seen leave after about six months.
Probably never saw a foreigner in his life
My name is also Graham hiiii
Heโs 100% right I got my licensee at 18 I lost motivation at I didnโt do as many open houses as Graham. I basically gave up at 19 and only sold my moms homes, I say those donโt count. 20 now going to start again soon.
If youre not already covered for expenses then yeah, how do you get over that first sale?
For most people, real estate agents are 500% unnecessary. Just another salesman looking for a slice of your pie.
Daddy gave him a chance. This dude didnt do abything on his own. I cant stand stories like this bc it further shows that the only way to make it is mommy and daddy
no way bro sold a 3.6 mil house at 19, that's his daddies money giving him that opportunity
