Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior
What's up you guys? All right? Well here we are: Wednesday morning and I'm finishing day up 3000 bucks. This is actually the slowest green day that I've had since uh, July 17th. So it's been a couple weeks since I had a day this slow. and it does feel like I was just spinning my wheels today.
You know, I I had a couple winners, I was up six thousand, then I had a six thousand dollar loser. I was back to break even. A couple winners was up two thousand, then a loss was up a thousand. Then a couple more winners was up Four thousand, five, 500.
Then a couple of losers and I'm up 3 300. And so you know it's never really a lot of fun to have a day where you feel like you're spinning your wheels. Uh, today I did not hit my daily goal. Daily goal is 10 000.
so I didn't hit the daily goal. Um, you know I I was read at one point, maybe by like 500 bucks or something like that. Uh, so yeah. overall today kind of felt like where's the market? Where's the volatility And I'll tell you that I actually wasn't even charged to be able to trade today because I lost power yesterday and so uh, we.
I do have a backup generator, but I was still worried about trading on the backup generator just because I was. Con: I was just I don't know. I was just worried that you know if I take big 15, 20, 30, 000 share position and something happens that all of a sudden you know it could be a really bad situation. So uh, Power came back so I was able to trade today.
But I do wonder if because of the storm across the east coast, if perhaps there's a lot of people that weren't in the market today and maybe that's attributing to sort of lower levels of volume and volatility across the board? I don't know. But in any case, um, was kind of a little bit of a i don't know, slow day, but maybe, uh, a day of rest before the next round of hot momentum. And you know, I was up 114 000 on Monday 69 000 yesterday today. Only three thousand.
So today is basically like negligible. It's as if it didn't It doesn't even matter, I'm still up 180 000 or so on the month, which is fantastic and I just need another 200, 300, 400 percent momo stock in order to get myself to that next level of you know, 250 000 or 300 000 on the month. So will it be tomorrow? I don't know, I hope so, but I don't know. Um, I'll talk a little bit about the swing trades.
I I closed up my swing trades on Facebook and the S P yesterday for profit. I'm still holding the swing trade on Netflix and I'm kind of looking at maybe taking a new trade on the S P or maybe Disney. Or I feel like I missed my opportunity on Amazon. So I'm looking for another trade, but I don't know if I'm going to get one today.
Uh, the market's kind of just in a funny place here, being sort of extended and top heavy, but also continuing to kind of go higher. So maybe just today's a day to step back and come back tomorrow. hope that we see better opportunities both in day trades and in swing trades and then kind of finish up this first week of August on a good note. Thursday and Friday, so I don't know. I guess that's where I'm at. I hope you guys, um, did did well today. I know it was kind of a wild day, but I hope you did well and I'll see you guys back here first thing tomorrow morning. I'll be live streaming right around 8 45 9 a.m so make sure you are subscribed to the channel if you're not already.
please hit that thumbs up for the video. I really appreciate that and I'll see you guys first thing tomorrow morning. All right, So pray for momentum in the market. That's what I'm praying for.
All right. See you guys in the morning. All right everyone. So we're going to do our um, midday market recap.
go over the trades from this morning. Today was a very choppy day. It was probably the slowest day that I've seen in the market in um, I don't know weeks, but you know some days are like this and I actually I wasn't even sure I was gonna be able to trade today because I didn't have power last night. But power did come back on, um, in the middle of the night.
So you know. I was a little concerned that I might not be able to trade today, and it's certainly possible that part of the reason the volume in the market seems lighter today is because, um, a lot of folks weren't trading because of the storm that's come through here, so I don't know. Uh, but for whatever reason, uh, volume today seemed lighter across the board, volatility seemed lower across the board, and you know, I took a couple stabs at a few different stocks myos Mara, Ipdn, Triple U Nete, Ktcc, Spne, and Disney. but I really didn't find that much profit and Disney was the biggest loser.
Which is kind of annoying because it's a large cap stock that typically I wouldn't try to day trade, but on this one, I saw this daily resistance level at 27, 127, 82 and so I took a short right here against that level and it did come down and then it just rallied right back through. It squeezed up and stopped me out and then you know it came back. It eventually came back down a little bit more. but um, but not it really.
Just I don't know it wasn't wasn't an easy one. I did get back in here for the first five minute candle to make a new high and actually I was down 6 000 and then made back 2 000 on it. But yeah, I was kind of silly because I usually just don't trade um, that price range. uh in terms of outright stock and you know I.
I just kind of was like oh this looks this looks good and I'll just go for it. But yeah man, we just didn't see a lot of opportunity. uh today and so that kind of forced me to look at. uh you know, look a little outside my my go to but Myos was the biggest winner on the small cap side and on this one I'm up 6 000 bucks.
You can see we had and basically all of that was pre-market because uh, we had a couple of nice pullback trades pre-market in here and then down in here and by the time the bell was ringing, this thing just was fading. So I only traded a couple times. once the bell rang and those were losers. So my profit on my Os was pre-market Mara. Thousand bucks, you know, just again, not much to show for it. Um, it broke this level here of 40 which is where I got in. This pre-market pivot squeezed up to 65, but then it couldn't go any higher. So I kind of felt like you know, today's a day where it's just kind of not worth continuing to.
you know spend time and energy looking for opportunities when I'm an hour in and I'm just not really gaining any traction. You know I I was. I went from up 6 000 on the day with Nyos to break even after my Disney trade and then from break even I got myself back up to 4 500. And then the last two trades on Ktcc and Spne were both losers And so that's where I was like, you know what this is, This is stupid.
I'm this is not worth it. So Ktcc I jumped in on resumption from the halt. It squeezed up halting it opened lower. I tried to buy the dip but it came lower spne same thing halted going up.
tried to buy the dip on it and that one flushed lower. so not good follow-through on those stocks. Ipdn you know break of two dollars break at the 200 on the daily gave like a 15-20 cent move. but I just I don't know.
kind of just one of those days. So it's you know sometimes feels a little discouraging because you know you sick. You come here and you sit down, you're looking for good opportunities and when you just feel like you're treading water or you're spinning your wheels Um, spinning your wheels is a better kind of phrase because it's just like I'm trying. I'm expending energy but nothing is happening and that's where it starts to get frustrating and that's where you can start to say, you know what? Screw it.
I'm going into Ipdn right here with 20 000 shares, you know? And and it's like you. That's when you start going for those hail Mary passes. Either my day turns around here or I'm just gonna have a terrible day. But you know and I can even do that even when I'm still green because I'm not at my daily goal which is ten thousand dollars.
So this will be the first day I haven't hit my daily goal. Let's see. Um, this is actually the smallest green day that I've had since uh, looks like July 17th, July 17th. I made only 2 400 bucks.
So slowest day in like two and a half weeks. But you know, hey, if this the worst day in two and a half weeks is still a green day, that's that's a good thing. And I'm still in good shape on the month of August making 69 000 yesterday and 114 on Monday. So today's a day where yeah, I didn't really make a lot of progress, but I think each of these trades were worth a try and you know, some another day Maybe they would have worked, but you know, today it didn't, It's it's fine. I managed my risk relatively well except for the Disney trade and I'll be back at it first thing tomorrow. Hopefully we'll have you know some better follow through and we'll see some better You know better stocks on the scanner, but definitely one of the problems today was just the fact that on um, you know Myos, our leading gapper, the leading gapper failed and that kind of sets the tone Now, not always, sometimes we're able to recover from that, but it does. It does set the tone a little bit and when we weren't able to recover and get another stock that really went crazy, I think that just kind of was writing on the wall. Now I do see Bfra, which a couple people have mentioned, but you know the thing on this.
Yes, it's up 100 from 8 to 18. but the volume is only 23 000 shares. so you know I mean you're gonna have huge spreads. your liquidity is going to be terrible.
It's going to be really hard to get in, really hard to get out, and you know you could sir? Sure, you could take a trade on it, but you're going to get slippage going in and if it doesn't work, you can get slippage coming back out. and then the loss could be really, really huge. So to me it's just it's not worth it. And in fact, the lighter volume stocks today that I traded um, you know were some of the worst trades.
Ktcc was terrible on resumption, Spne was terrible on resumption nete. This was also a bad one, so you know higher volume generally is better, but we just didn't have a lot that fit that kind of profile today, so I was willing to, you know, venture out, but that just didn't really pay off. So anyways, um, Wednesday, which is statistically been my best day of the week here, is not a very impressive, not impres very impressive day. Um, but you know again, that's just today.
So I don't have any new swing trades that I'm looking at right now. The overall market is kind of, you know, still hanging in there. It's it's up quite a bit. It's holding the gap, so I'm I'm just not feeling that.
I've been thinking about a short on Disney, a covered a um call spread, but I don't know. I mean it is pretty strong. so Amazon. I have been thinking about doing the long off the pullback, but I think I've maybe missed my timing on that.
So Netflix I'm still holding that swing trade and that one, uh is fine. So I'm okay with that. All right. So no new swing trades yet today, but maybe I'll come back this afternoon and I'll see if there's something that I like and maybe it'll be another swing trade.
But as of right now, uh, this is where I'm gonna sit today up. Uh, three thousand bucks and I will live to trade another day. So I'm gonna step back, recharge, and be back first thing tomorrow morning. So I hope you guys um, did okay today in a very choppy market and at least learned something and I will see you guys first thing tomorrow morning.
All right, I'll see you guys later. Oh hey, I didn't see you there. Help us hit 750 000 subscribers by hitting that subscribe button and stay tuned and check out some of my other awesome uploads right here on youtube.

What is the account size relevant to the 10K per day target? 1 M?
Hey Ross, how early can you tell that a stock will fit your strategy of the market cap and percentage change? I think I noticed something about it, which you more than likely have already, but let me know if we can discuss it. Thanks!
We had no power either!! Just came back on today. In western Ma. Wilbraham
Right?? The S&P is almost horizontal lol. ACTV was a good one tho. Hey futures are red but DOW has golden cross so keep eyes on the dirty 30😂
Thanks for sharing your views
what does spinning your wheels mean
what is the best broker to start day trade for beginners?
What I like about Cameron, is that he is not only showed us the profit but also the loss side. True trader not only bait for students.
Ross, I have been following your videos and taken your free course recently. If as you recommended, I opened an account with CMEG and have margin available for a small account of roughly $600, exactly how would you go about utilizing leverage, while managing risk, and sizing your position in order to grow quickly but not blow up? Seems you would want to go heavy with a narrow stop but could you please perhaps provide an example or simply a clear explanation what your strategy would be. Thanks!
Thanks mate 👍
Before the whole virus thing hit i used to work shifts at night and i loved watching the London breakout, I was new to this but i loved the volatility and money making potential on the London breakout. I once went live with six grand and trading tiny amounts, My first day i made 100 on ridiculous little amounts.
Guess you missed WELL health tech
What about after comissions? Still in the green? Comissions have been killing me lately..
It was all on BFRA
Td screwed me over today lost 286 managed to get 86 back called it quits down 200….tomorrow is another day
Overall market volume has been significantly decreasing since mid June. Take a look.. tell me im wrong..
yeah very slow, i made 3k and didn't see any more opportunities, it's better to walk away than give back profit. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
I think everyones switched to paper trading
That’s because the Tri-state area has over 1 million people with no power right now. And that’s just three states.
Hey Ross, been noticing that you are trading more in the premarket. But your strategy in the warrior pro you said that you do not really trade PM. Would you recommend beginner Traders to trade in the premarket? Recently I’ve been noticing that those stocks gapping up gets dumped right out of the market and the strategy might not work as well. Thanks!
I provided comments another video, but have honestly been consistently perform every single day. I’m looking to take a little bass hits and walk away with money with the fewest trades possible. I had a $3100 loss on Friday but, I’ve come back almost beyond that.
I’m not a loser. The fact is, with the probabilites that we compete against, sometimes we have to lose. I just don’t want to be a Boom and buster.
So today within five minutes I made $700 and walked away. And then ended up with around $490 later that afternoon testing a few ideas. No big deal. I’m still on my way to $20,000 this month.
I thought the same thing. so i hopped on my Playstation to distract me so i wouldn't force trades.
Dealers have switched to “long gamma” in August which can create a cycle that suppresses volatility.
I'm mainly more of a long hold investor and less day trading and today was actually quite a good day for me compared to the overall market. Interesting.
Only good trade today was BIGC at the IPO open. I think you're onto something with power outage affecting trade volume.
…your human again!!!…
same here small green day for me too. nothing really up big today
Was my first day back after not trading for a week and a half and the volatility disappears haha maybe I'm the cause 🤔🤔🤔
Awesome Ross !!! Slow small gain/ green day !!! I like your t shirt. .I'm going back 2 work tomorrow , I had taken 1 weeks of holidays….that time went by pretty fast..
Didn't you say I don't short? I made 5 bucks today 🤣. I'm just starting and get scared and sell fast lol. But good news is I'm picking good spots to trade. So I'm still learning. Once the stimulus passes or we open the economy back up the volatility will resume I think. Thanks for the videos
GSX was a slow creeper all day that most people missed. Great performance GSX.
Today was a learning day live, be patient 🙏
Ross, I would take one of your slow days as one of my best days. You’re the man.
