Tom, always enjoy your videos. According to NAR (2009 report) 81% would refer agent they used. Less than 40% did (I've seen this number as low as 19%!!!) It's all about Communication. Relationships matter. Generosity leads to Reciprocity. The average consumer can reciprocate faster, easier, and bigger than ever before because of Social Media. GREAT video!
