Not knocking Ricky. The kid is nearly 1/3 my age; I'm a newbie trader and following his advice I'm able to consistently have around 1.5%+ gains every day. I'm going to study up on his margin of profit ideas a bit more. Thanks Ricky.
I agree, Ricky. But at least bring your stop up 6 to 8 cents above your start point in a long position to cover the cost of your trade and at the same time make the trade completely riskless.

Noob Q: What happens (other than me making a big mistake) if I buy a stock for swing trade and bought at e.g. $10 put stop at $8 but then overnight the entire thing plummets to $2. Would TOS honor my stop request for $8?

It kills me having to wait days for a stock to recover when i bought in at the wrong moment. It's tough to let a loss go, but sometimes that ends up being better than waiting for a stock to recover. Because there are other countless stocks that can grow your current account. Thanks for the videos.

Rick bro you've helped me cover profits so much… to a point where I don't even care if I miss out on more money as long as I'm growing (slow growing is fine with me — I don't always have time to monitor the charts). I think I only cared about missing out on money when I wasn't consistently growing. Hope to become more efficient in the future.
Just a heads up. You will eventually get hit with infringement by playing copyrighted songs on your channel. The algorithms are getting better for detecting copyrighted music. I appreciate all the info Ricky, you're the best.

I dont like talking $$ but more %%. I started out with a small amount in my RH account and after about 2 weeks i found my self down 25%. since then i have started to be a little more conservative and patient with my trades. If i dont see anything i wait. that to me is key. So this past week im up 11% trying to dig myself out of the hole i dug in the beginning.

Hey Ricky. Before watching your videos I lost $1100 in trading stocks. I have been watching closely and realized what my problem was. I wanted more profits and would never take what I had. Then a dip always came and I lost money. The past two days I learned to take my profits early, making a combined $1,400 profit for the two days. That allowed me to get back what I lost and I'm now making money. Please keep posting these videos. They are so helpful.
