Hey everybody trader bryce here today's tui tip is actually like an extension off of some recent tweets of mine and last week's tui tip recently. I'm not gon na lie this past weekend. I went through something kind of hard, i'm in a little bit of an emotional phase right now and uh or state. I should say i'm taking another week off of trading because i just kind of got hit like back to back and it's it's tough, i'm not gon na lie, and so instead of sitting here saying, like don't trade, what you shouldn't do.

I already said that last week, one thing i realized, i'm sitting there all sad, i'm laying in my bed and all of a sudden. I thought like why be sad when i could go do something that is actively going to make me happy and i actually put out a tweet saying for every like i get i'm going to go plant a tree, and so i'm going to gather some friends and Go plant like a bunch of trees, and so that's today's chewy tip, like obviously stay away from the market if you're highly emotional, but as that extension go, do something that's going to make. You happy like go get away from the market or you know study a little more. If that's what makes you happy, but like do things that aren't trading related where you don't take, another trading loss get happy over it.
