I'm going to tell you I have never seen this Okyo Pharma Limited announces withdrawal of public offering at 8 45 a.m At 9 15 they've announced the pricing of 4 million dollar registered direct offering. What? How do you withdraw The offering Stock pops up and then 30 minutes later announce a public offering. That is Insane.
How is that fair?
DBGI withdrew an offering recently. It doesn't change that they need a cash infusion. I think they will come up with a new offering soon, which will crush the stock price 25-40%… Be ready…
They honestly should be investigated for this. And I’ve seen this before just a few months ago. Can’t remember the company name though.
Kulr did similar but waited 28 days still mind blowing
IMO, sounds like the systen is getting greedier by the day.
