Because of the corona virus crash (most likely it'll go lower the the support lvl) in the future would count the big drop and peak in the support/resistance level? Or will you use it for the last low drop before the virus? (knowing this virus is less likely to pop up again)

Ricky, one question please: how is the support and resistance level being calculated? does a trading software calculate it it automatically and gives you a certain number or do you calculate it yourself and set it up in the chart? thanks
