The float is the amount of shares that traders can freely trade. These stocks aren't locked up by institutions, insiders or employees in compensation plans. In day trading world, a low float stock has less than ten million shares available to trade.
Why do traders care about low float stocks? Why do they target them so often?
Low float stocks can make big moves and help grow small accounts. These stocks can routinely go from one, to three, to nine dollars and even higher in the same day. If you’re working to grow a small account, you’ll want to look at low float stocks.

BUYER BEWARE! I don't believe in your service. Once a list of low float stocks become public, then that list is monitored by people with computer bots programs that track the interest in that stock. After the bots have the info gathered, those people will decide which way to push this stock to benefit themselves. In addition, and just as important! The people who sell this data are usually the biggest scammers of them all. They are almost always indirectly in on the manipulation or capitalization of a stock to favor themselves though using investors working on the behalf of themselves.
You can talk all you want to, however until you go to like FINVIZ and give several examples of what your exactly talking about, your just spinning your wheels. Come on man get with it!
