As far as MJ the whole thing was a house committee that passed it…it still has to get to the actual house, then the senate, then the president. This news isn't even worthwhile. IMO this was just a technical bounce we need a daily trend change now to actually show that the bulls are truly in control. Then a weekly trend change. We've been in a bear market for 8 months with the worst financials I have ever seen. I mean declining revenues and diluting share holders isn't bullish for these companies.
