The stock market cop strikes again! Lordstown Motors is now being accused of faking pre-orders by Hindenburg Research. After taking down Nikola – another EV SPAC is the big board of Hindenburg research, this time its the EV truck manufacturer Lordstown Motors, ticker RIDE. You should know that 5 months ago I posted a video telling you this would happen and people were calling me a hater. Initially 23% drop but finished with a small recovery only dropping 17% on the day, right away we had a number of law firms announcing investigations into a possible class action lawsuits and so far we still have not received an official response from the company. If its going to be as good as Trevor's responce, its worth the wait… So is the new Hindenburg report is SHIT or LEGIT? How likely this would lead to class action lawsuits? How likely the SEC to investigate this and is there a a chance we will see the DOJ charge anyone with fraud? Let’s find out.

Sooo now that the betas are out…
Until they do have a product and they do have all them orders and in 4-5 years the stocks go up to 200+ a share you’ll be sorry you were such a know it all. It’s a 4 billion dollar company already in the same conversation as Tesla it’s a full sized electric truck. Perfect for fleet vehicles which is a huge margin in the truck market today. Not to mention if you would’ve put $300 in it when it was $9 a share when it goes up to 30 bucks again that’s quick easy profit but my personal opinion this company is a company you want to buy stocks in and ride it out threw the years I predict it’ll be well worth it.

every company announces non binding orders. obviously you cant demand binding orders from customers. I doubt even Ford GM can demand more than a couple hundred penalty from a customer who changes their mind.
I was told they were nonbinding and since I have command of the English language and access to gooogle, I knew not too put too much weight into those numbers. shame on you for trying to help hindenburg

Bullshit. Lordstown Motors is a real company with 700+ employees, a factory(one of the largest in the US) and they are on target to go into production in September. Hindenburg are 5 assholes in an office shorting companies to enrich themselves. They build NOTHING! They aren’t looking out for shareholders. What they do is unAmerican. They are wrong about Lordstown. Burns did not lie about orders. He said they were non binding. That is what EV companies without a vehicle in production yet DO. Tesla is doing it with their cyber truck! Everybody knows these pre orders were non binding. Even Cramer said they were non binding when he interviewed Burns on his show in November. Lordstown is building betas this month. They will compete in the Baja race next month. These betas will be used to lend out and to get real orders leading up to the launch this fall. Lordstown & Burns will be vindicated. I bet you Cramer will have him on his show this Fall smiling and saying how great the company is.

Your facts are wrong, look at the engine bay of the vehicle that caught on fire…what do you see? An engine…why would an electric vehicle that has a frunk have an engine?? Because its fake. Preorders being non binding… all major OEMs do a $100 nom binding for preorder cars, try to build a new Ford Bronco, its a $100 non binding preorder and you dont pay until its your turn thats very little information input by the customer for the LOI. Time tables, look at VW they were required federally to put out an all electric vehicle by 2021 because of diesegate but it got delayed because of sourcing during covid. Tesla does the same thing on Pre-orders. Shorts tried to burn them down back in the day as well.
