Maybe at one time following Warren's stock picks was a good practice. But, in today's world, doesn't he use his "investing" as a some kind of Social Justice… punishment/reward… type thing? Company so-n-so didn't follow what i told them, so I am pulling my multi-million dollar stock investment. Follow what he "told" walmart to do, and they didn't follow his "guidance" and now he has pulled his "stock investment" into that company.

Warren buffett is a long hold strategy guy. Day traders should not follow what he does. What he does only works for the incredibly rich.

You and Warren have very different goals in mind. You're an intraday trader, so technicals matter to you. Warren has witnessed the NYSE evolve through his lifetime and has probably seen technicals develop as a tool to assist retail traders and analysts.
He buys and holds until the company is overvalued as determined by his OWN analysis, not p/e ratios or technicals. I believe he contacts CEOs, reads tons of news, and finds the "story" of the company rather than use the VWAP for instance.
Check out Beating the Streets by Lynch for an interesting perspective of stock picking. It took me about a month to read and altered my methodology of investments.
