I Wanted to make sure that I shared this with you guys, you guys let me know in the comment section if you found it to be useful. So one of the things that I wanted to share with you is uh, during my live trading session today with the Lpp team, one of the things that we're paying attention to is asking ourselves the question, you know on what side are we seeing progress? progress on the upside for Nasdaq or progress On the downside, it took some time, but finally after getting rejected at the same resistance that Kikiq had before right around uh, I'm sorry 323. uh, we finally broke below again. this is on the five minute time frame the EMA and the moving average and actually began to make lower lows and lower highs.

Now this was a little run. It played out well, right? But that's not really the Big Brand right? That's not really the big play and kind of one. Asking the question is like, well, you know, when is the big play going to happen if one ever does happen, right? because nothing was guaranteed Uh, But then that's when we took a little bit more of a step back during our live trading and looked at the 30 minute right and I think because of what happened last week on Thursday and on Friday because of this huge gap up right went from overall lows of 309.80 to all the way to highs of 322. Right? Huge gap up.

It presented a potential gap down. but when do we get that confirmation? When do we get that break of pattern for QQQ That's what I began to ask myself. and that's what we began to prepare for within our live session today. And as you guys can see on the 30 minute time frame, so beautifully right? Yes, QQQ did pull on back a little bit, but there's no break if pennant, right? And I'm telling you this as I have an open short position on the NASDAQ market, so it's in my benefit for the market to sell off.

But I'm not here to sugarcoat things I understand that it doesn't doesn't have to Plaid Exactly like this, but this is why I Love, You know, love sharing this with you guys. Looking at the 30 minute time frame and looking at different time frames, it gives you a different perspective on what the actual play or opportunity actually offers. I Think that's what's so beautiful about this is that as right now, the market on this 30 minute time frame is still bullish. There is no break of pattern.

Yes, we did pull on back, but pullbacks happen with every stock and in every moment of time, right? There's never been a stock that just rallies and never pulls on back for a grand period of time, right? There's always pull backs. The differences is they're a break of pattern and that's what we continue to ask ourselves. Is there a break of pattern and as of right now, no, But when do we get that confirmation of that break of pattern? Well, based off of this 30 minute EMA we can see that if we make progress below 321 on QQQ which is a single one for one, a single one for one ETF with the NASDAQ market, then at that point we can make a little bit more of an informed decision of yes, you know Market is selling off. We are now trading below the EMA and now we all we have to really focus on at that point is, are we seeing progress on the downside Because if we see progress on the downside, then of course that's going to be in favor of Sqq, right? No reason to over complicate it.
Beyond that, Um, when talking about specific news of what's going on so far this week, uh, one of the articles that I wanted to share with you guys is, uh, what's going on with First Republic Bank right? A lot of you guys have been hearing the news that first Republic is going to fail. Well, JP Morgan and you guys can feel free to share your thoughts down in the comment section I Just found this to be pretty informative. Whatever remaining Equity was available. Uh, these, uh, JP Morgan pretty much acquired it right.

This is the second largest bank failure since 2008 and JP Morgan being the largest if I'm not mistaken. U.S Bank This is what their CEO shared, right? This this is part of the crisis and it's over, Right he told analysts on Monday during a conference call. So one of the things that I began to ask myself is is he really just trying to suffocate this idea of more Banks failing right? And when you read a little bit more into it I mean obviously being the biggest bank in the United States you have to put on a bigger role, right? A bigger hat And this is where I found it to be pretty interesting and let me go ahead and pull it out for you. One of the things that he stated is that this pretty much takes away any uncertainty of what's going on with the banking system.

And let me go ahead and see if I can pull it out for you guys. Let's see, let's see, let's submitted all the Federal Deposit Insurance acquired so it says Regulators for solar Bank to JP Morgan the largest bank votes since 2008 Financial Crisis JP Morgan's Chase CEO Jamie Diamond said that the seizure of First Republic Bank puts uh to rest Panic for the banking system. So again you guys can feel free to share your thoughts down in the comment section I feel like with what JP Morgan is doing I understand their position right? Their position is they are the largest bank in the United States or one of Uh, and rightfully so. They don't want more Panic to be instilled in the market and more uncertainty.

So for them to take ownership or control of First Republic Bank, it's kind of like a big brother, right? Like okay, we'll take care of this. Let's let's forget about it right? pretty much putting every every other uncertainty supposedly uh to rest. But now what if this continues to happen right? We all know that the Federal Reserve is going to be hosting their Fomc meeting on Wednesday at 2 Pm Eastern Time and the Federal Reserve is going to have to determine right. Are we going to continue to raise rates which can put more banks in hot water right, making it less profitable for them to run their actual business and really slowing down the economy? Or do they begin to Pivot Do they begin to slow down in the way that they're raising rates? Or do they begin to actually pivot and begin to cut rates again? No one knows.
We're not here to predict the future. We're here. Prepare for it. I Just wanted to share with you guys what I'm seeing here on NASDAQ on the technical side, but also to understand a little bit of the fundamentals that's getting factored into the market.

And that's what's going on with First Republic Bank JP Morgan acquiring First Republic Bank And then as well as the FMC minutes meeting, that's got the Fomc meeting that's going to happen on Wednesday at 2 pm Eastern time. Other than that, if you guys have any questions, especially I want to hear your guys's thoughts of what you think about. My breakdown on QQQ How does this kind of make you think for some of the trades that you are thinking of taking right? I feel like as a beginner Trader I Often found myself making very impulsive decisions anytime that I just focused on the one minute time frame, but when you look at larger time frames such as the 30 minute or even the one hour, it gives you a more broad perspective, right? larger margins to work with more potential, especially if there's big moves that have happened. On the upside like this that normally when they gap down, they tend to sell off just as quick if and only if they actually end up selling off right.

It's not guaranteed that the market has to sell off based off of what can be reported on. Wednesday can be better than expected and it can send the NASDAQ Market to new heights, no question about it. but I think it's important to understand both sides to every opportunity. and I thought that it would be a value for both our bulls and our Bears to understand where the market currently stands and why we're seeing signs of the support of right around 321 And as you can see on the 30 minute time frame with that Emma a it plays out very beautifully.

so I Appreciate you guys time again. Don't forget if you want to be able to watch one of my live sessions I Trade Live every single morning and that's the second link in the description down below. A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time

If the Fed is seriously fighting inflation they will continue to raise rates and more banks will fail, a lot more. However, I think they could chicken out and inflation will rebound even higher, Powel is not a leader like Paul Volcker was, which causes the market to be very confused.

  19. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Charles Hewitt says:

FRC is another warning sign. JPM, BOA, CITI and WF can't be relied upon to keep buying up failing banks. This puts even more reliance on the "too big to fail" rhetoric. Ask yourself… what's acceptable? One big failure a week? Two? Three?

Good information Ricky. I think that we are due for a pull back, not a large one, but with Fed meeting this week, the markets and news will push a weak or down market. With J. Powell and how the economy is doing, I think he is will do a .25% hike, and continue to do so, no pause. It will be interesting to see how Apple does with earnings this week, if they show a weak earnings, that could push the market lower, if they do a good report, there could be a quick jump, then slow continue in a downward trend.
