Here's what's gon na get you out of bed, you got ta pee and you got ta go to the bathroom, so i got a special mindset monday for you joseph. If i'm, the third and i've got something special for you, then you cannot only use monday, but you can use every freaking day and the more you use it. The better you'll you'll get at it, and that is this everybody. Everybody has challenges getting up in the morning.

Yes getting up getting out of bed and getting on with the day, especially if you're a megapreneur somebody that wants to make things more happen faster. So i'm going to give you something that is golden and i've been doing it for most of my life. I do it so much that i don't have to do it now, but i do it anyway, and that is this. It has to start the night before two things you need to do.

First off write down, i'm a big proponent you've got to write it down. What does your day look like tomorrow? What do you get to do tomorrow? Not what do you have to do? What do you get to do with that mindset? Okay, here's what i get to do. I get to make this call with tom, or i get to do this. I can do anything that you write down, doesn't have to be everything.

Anything second thing that you do the night before: is you put a glass of water on your nightstand, okay, set it there and what's going to happen, is it's going to become room temperature by morning time when your alarm goes off? The first thing that you do is you grab that glass of water and down it the whole glass, because four things are gon na happen. Number one you've heard me talk about it before water conducts electricity. As soon as you drink it, you're you're gon na get electricity going through your body you're to feel you're going to feel like you've got to do something number two. It's going to make you think clearly and it's going to make you go.

What did i write down last time because your brain is going to remember the last thing that you did? Oh, i get to do this. I get to do that number three, while you're doing it, you've got ta and i always do this. I move my body in some way. I try and touch my toes or whatever, i'm stretching or whatever and you're gon na start to do this because you've got the energy, but the last thing: here's what's gon na get you out of bed, you got ta pee and you've got ta, go to the Bathroom and so you got to get out of bed as soon as you stand up, guess what you get this rush of electricity with you and you're on with your day last thing i said: there's four things.

The fifth thing is you got ta do. Is you got ta, pat yourself on the back or shake your ass and do something? Yes, i did it that cybernetic loop makes it automatic and you will be more you'll be more of a badass than you already are. I love it. Happy monday, joseph mclennan iii.
