So I decided to close out my short position on the NASDAQ Market because of one thing. And that's because tonight at 8 30 P.m Eastern time, the house is supposed to vote on the U.S debt ceiling deal that is supposed to be passed and if it's not passed, then we're back to square one. We have until June 5th until the U.S runs out of money. Tomorrow's going to be a very interesting day I'm making this video because I wanted to make you aware of what's happening tonight supposedly at 8 30.

PM how's it supposed to vote on it I Don't plan to go live, but if you're part of Lpp, I'll keep you up to date under the trade idea section. Let me go ahead and start sharing my screen so you guys can see exactly what it is that I'm looking at again. a very beautiful descending pattern. Looks like the market just didn't like the overall idea.

The uncertainty of this U.S debt ceiling deal to needing to be voted on right? There's a lot of uncertainty with it Market Kind of corrected itself today. It wasn't very significant. It was only down about half of a percent lower highs, lower lows getting rejected by the moving average every time that we would go up. Just like we caught in today's live trading session, we got rejected.

We sold off I shorted the market right by going into ask Kiki Q The market tried to Rally again I called it out perfectly. Within our trade idea section with the Lpp team, it was testing the moving average on the five minute time frame. It's a time frame that I like to use. You don't have to agree with me I just think that it slows things down.

a lot of consolidation. We got it sold right Back off. We went back to retest right before the market closed and we sold right back off. A beautiful descending pattern that played out today.

Not very huge margins, but it played out well again for my Sqv. Cube I walked away 17K in the green, left myself with my one lucky share and just so you can see, Ttq left myself with one lucky share. I didn't touch Tqq today as I think that it's something that I'm gonna have to follow up with tomorrow now. Question that I got is why did I sell my Sqq position and not hold it overnight again? I Can't stress this enough.

Tonight they're supposed to vote on the U.S debt ceiling deal and if it's passed, we have to understand what was happening today. The market was selling off today because of the uncertainty of it not getting passed right? because the Us could default if it's not passed because we might not have enough time to come up with a new deal to get voted on, pass through Senate and then come with the solution right to raise the limit of what the US can borrow. So if this is not passed, then yes, I should have kept my short position. but I can't predict the future.

How the Market's been very bullish and it's almost certain that it's supposed to pass. So why would I keep a short position if it's almost certain that something is going to be passed right? Because if it's not passed, then something much worse is bound to happen. and it would just be very surprising to me if the people that are voted in power really don't vote for it and do us the U.S People you know Justice because it's always people like you and I that end up having to pay the price. I'm just explaining to you on why I sold right? why I covered and it's because I would expect that the market is going to go up tomorrow if the U.S debt selling deal is passed, but the market has already somewhat factored it in so Market my seller might sell off.

but if it's not passed, then I think tomorrow. June 1st 2023 should be a very, very interesting day to say the least. I'm very excited to follow up and the easiest way that I can explain on why I'm so okay with just staying cash is. Remember, my job is not to predict the future.

my job is to Simply prepare for it and I can react by staying cash. If the Market's bullish I can go long, the Market's bearish I can go short, but at least I have the option to. If I carry a position then I'm forced to open up when the Market opens with whatever way that ends up going right and I think that's a very hopeful way of thinking and at least for myself. I've burned myself many times trying to trade that way, so I'm very excited to follow up.
