Welcome back to the channel everyone today, i want to talk about whether the fed will print more money to pay for the amc squeeze and with the fed and the dtcc have more than this 63 67 trillion dollars to bail out those hedge funds and pay us For the squeeze so stay tuned and let's make some money so first i want to start by apologizing. I think i've vastly underestimated just how much money the government, the fed the sec and the dtcc have to actually pay for this squeeze, as my mind, has been closed to the 63 67 trillion dollars, which is the dtcc insurance policy. In fact, i think there's a lot more money from many many different sources that can and will be used to pay for the squeeze, not just this 63 67 trillion. So i apologize if it sounded like i've been spreading thud.

What i've been trying to do is create some potential or realistic price brackets dependent on a number of variables, like the true number of synthetic shares. Obviously, in my previous videos, i've spoken about what the price of amc could be with zero synthetic shares with 2 billion synthetics and with 20 billion synthetics. But what i've been doing is looking at this too narrowly and only focusing on the 63 or 67 trillion dollars in assets or the 63 67 trillion dollars of dtcc insurance. So, let's dive straight in with the key information and talk about the various different sources of money, the fed, the sec, the dtcc and the overall us government can use to pay for the squeeze.

So obviously the first source is the 63 or 67 trillion dollars. That's held by the dtcc, but what is this money and where does it actually come from? Is it 60 trillion dollars of assets or cash that the dtcc has, or is it their insurance policy? How does that insurance policy work and what's going on well? This extract here says: in 2019 dtcc's subsidiaries processed securities transactions, valued at more than 2.15 quadrillion dollars. Its depository provides custody and asset servicing for securities issued from 170 different countries and territories valued at 63 trillion dollars. So, basically, the dtcc's subsidiaries, as in all of the individual members that make up the dtcc, such as those large banks and institutions, have total assets valued at around 63 trillion dollars in 2019..

Now i don't know if that amount has increased from 63 trillion to 67 trillion between 2019 and 2021 or if in 2021, that number is actually now even higher. But okay, we knew about that money held by the dtcc. So what other sources of money can the us fed use to pay for the squeeze? Well, don't forget: the fed itself actually has a substantial amount of assets as well sat on their balance sheet. Right now, the fed has around 8.8 trillion dollars of cash or 8.8 trillion dollars of total assets.

Now this 8.8 trillion dollars held by the fed is separate from this 63 trillion held by the dtcc, as this is the value of assets held by the dtcc's subsidiaries, which is just those large u.s financial institutions. The bailout wasn't around trillion dollars.

It was much closer to 29 trillion. This post here says the fed bailout of the financial institutions was much more than the government told the american people in 2008, which was around 3.2 trillion dollars. It says the fed printed out roughly 29 trillion dollars around the world just to keep the system running. I think i've shown you this report before, but this table here shows the cumulative facility totals in billions of dollars showing a total facility of 29 000 billion or 29.6 trillion dollars.

Obviously, we know about the 3.8 trillion term auction facility or tarp, which is troubled asset relief fund, but what's also typically overlooked, is the 10 trillion in central bank liquidity swaps that were purchased the 2 trillion in term securities lending facilities that were given 8.9 trillion in Primary dealer credit facilities that were given 1.8 trillion in agency mortgage-backed securities purchase program, assets that were purchased and much more. This therefore created a bailout of around 29 trillion dollars and therefore that's an additional 29 trillion dollars that the fed could print to pay for the amc squeeze. But i think, on top of that, we've also got the us debt clock and also debt clocks of many other countries around the world. Obviously, right now the us currently has around 29.9 trillion dollars of national debt, but at the same time the us did also just raise the debt ceiling and plans to extend the debt ceiling or even remove the ceiling entirely, and therefore the us could take on additional Debt from around the world, or borrow even more money from other countries in order to pay for the squeeze.

So i wanted to put all of this together and come up with some updated price brackets again based on those earlier variables, which is the true number of synthetic shorts. But i also wanted to quickly touch on some limitations of my workings and also some updated variables. So obviously, we've got this figure for the dtcc of 67 trillion dollars or 63 trillion dollars of assets, but that figure is pulled from 2019 and therefore in 2021 this figure could actually be much bigger. Obviously, we've got the 8.8 trillion dollars coming in from the fed.

Again, i think that figure is going to be fairly accurate, as that's the figure from december 2021 and then i've also factored in the 29 trillion dollars from the previous u.s bailout back in 2008. Now again, i think this is another variable, because when amt squeezes - and the next bailout happens, it's likely not going to be for the same 29 trillion dollars. It may be for 30 trillion. 40 trillion.

50 trillion. I don't know the exact number, but i think we've also got another variable, which is other countries getting involved. Obviously this 29 trillion dollars was the us bailout back in 2008.. This 29 trillion doesn't include the uk bailout of 2008 or any other bailouts back in 2008.

From other countries, even though amc and gamestop our u.s stocks traded on the u.s stock exchange, the movement's become much more than that and amc and gamestop are held by millions of people around the world. And therefore, when amc and gamestop squeeze many other countries are likely to get involved in the bailout as well as it will impact not only the us financial system, but also the financial systems of many other countries around the world. And therefore we could have not only a 29 trillion dollar u.s bailout, we could have say a 50 trillion dollar us bailout and then another 10 trillion dollars on top of that from other countries around the world. But then, finally, the debt ceiling could also be raised or removed.

On top of that, and the us could borrow even more money to assist with this bailout and therefore this total figure of around 104 trillion dollars is more of like a minimum case scenario, as obviously it could be a lot more than 104 trillion, because obviously the Bailout could be larger, there could be other country bailouts and there could also be additional us borrowing as well. But again i wanted to make the numbers simple and use the minimum numbers we could possibly use. So i've gone with 104 trillion dollars now. If we assume that there's zero synthetic shares and there's only 513 million amc shares outstanding, that means an average share price of around 202 000 per share.

Now, if we assume there's a total of 2 billion amc shares around 1.5 billion synthetics. That means an average amc share price during the squeeze of around 52 000 and if we assume there's around 20 billion shares in total surround 19.5 billion synthetics. That gives an average amc share price of around 5. 200.

Now again, remember these three figures are absolute minimums and these three figures could be a lot higher if the bailout is larger or if there's additional borrowing or, if there's additional other bailouts across the world, or if this dtcc figure of 67 trillion dollars is outdated. So hopefully, this gives you some kind of idea of the true potential of amc and gamestop during the squeeze. If the us has to print additional money to bail out the financial system, guys be sure to.
