Working the whole game for you. For me, for everybody in a sales and marketing business is conversations and appointments, conversations and appointments. my really good friend and client. Tim Smith Said the only two things that make me any money in my business is having more conversations and more appointments.
So as you think about starting off this day this week, my question for you is twofold. One, What can you no longer afford to do the things that are stopping you from having meaningful conversations with people, scheduling appointments, meeting with more customers? What can you no longer afford to do? And the second question is what new structure do I have to put in place? So every single day I'm doing the things that matter. Conversations and appointments, conversations and appointments put the structure in place, eliminate the drama and you will have a powerful Monday and an extraordinary business.
