Oh DeSantis Greg Abbott and Donald Trump all going nuts in their campaigns for President in 2024. Two of those names haven't announced yet. but based on some actions that we're seeing with the Houston School District transgender Disney What we're seeing with Donald Trump suing or filing a complaint against DeSantis and what we're saying with Donald Trump's Social, this is all Madness and you gotta know about it. So here's a summary of all of the insanity that's going on in politics leading up to the 2024 Presidential election.

Anyway, Trump's Truth A Social is now under federal investigation possibly for a money laundering connection. Uh, with two loans totaling 8 million dollars now. Uh, Trump Media Truth Social was formed when Trump left office after a J6 Trump Media and the SPAC merger. Dwac occurred in October of 21 large Capital raise.

You can actually look at some of my old videos on this company and when this thing meme stocked to over a hundred dollars a share I said this sucker's going back to 10. it's at like 13 right now so hopefully listen. I Went on Newsmax and I told Sean Spicer basically to sell his shares. You could also see that on YouTube he can't he was.

He was baffled that I would suggest that. But anyway and this is not to suggest anti-trump it's just that the valuation of that was just stupid. But anyway now I guess there's a controversy circulating about potentially violating Securities laws not only with the merger, but also apparently these loans that may have been made by entities controlled by Associates of Putin Yes, that is the rumor mill right now that Trump Media apparently and received an initial two million dollars in December of 2021. During that time Trump Media Dwac were apparently and allegedly on the brink of collapse.

Two months later, they got an additional six million dollars from the Es Family Trust and investigators ended up tracking both of those payments apparently back to Anton Boston I Definitely screwed that up. But anyway, the other payment was tracked through another associate through back some Bank an offshore financial institution with the history of serving adult entertainment and the Uh sex work sectors. But anyway, this Pax of bank is registered uh in in the Dominican and is partly owned by Anton that Russian individual who also has a relationship with this other dude named Alexandra Smirnoff Alexandra Smirnoff used to work for the Putins Under until about 2017.. anyway, and apparently now he runs a Russian-controlled maritime company called Rossmoreport.

But apparently with the wild thing that's going on now is that investigators were reportedly tipped off about these payments just last year. about six five months ago or so. Five six months ago by a whistleblower who used to be a Uh who actually was one of the co-founders at Trump Media. So in other words, this guy will Wilkerson will Wilkerson he's coming out of the blue going hey up We took money from the Putins and uh, y'all should look into this while.

Putin Associates Wilkerson apparently told the Guardian the English newspaper that Trump Medius CFO Philip Juan everybody's got like two first names here. a Wade returning the money back to the Russians but never did because losing 8 million of the 12 million dollar company at the time because they only had about 12 million dollars in their Accounts at the time. eight of it from Russians I would strain their finances. Now apparently Trump's son Jared Well, one of Trump's Sons uh, not Kushner uh, that's the son-in-law anyway.

Apparently one of the Trump's sons was aware of the initial payment uh and the first loan was a two million dollar wire transfer that was actually orchestrated by one of the Trump sons and uh, there was a there was a mention from John Haley a lawyer for a Trump media that hey, I just want to keep you in the loop Trump son and uh and uh Trump Jr replied thanks John Much appreciated. So quite interesting. Yeah, it was Don Jr Trump media chair said uh Trump quote did not seem to be particularly interested in managing the day-to-day running of the company, so it's unclear if he was aware. Now what I think is so interesting about the Trump organization and look, I'm coming from somebody who who used to watch Apprentice all the time and I think it's interesting? Uh, what I think is so interesting about the Trump organization is they always cover for Donald Trump Oh wow, Yeah, uh, we don't.

We don't think Donald knew anything about these Russian wires? Uh, you know he. he's he's too busy to be interested in running this company. There's all way. Somehow Donald Trump ends up separated from the management of these businesses.

It's really interesting. Uh, so Federal money laundering rules state that prosecutors would somehow have to in order for there to actually be any kind of violation here. Uh, prosecutors would would basically have to prove that Trump Media uh, was had unlawful activity related to it. Uh, and that they were trying to somehow conceal the source of payments.

So it might actually be an uphill battle to suggest that. Oh, there was any kind of actual money laundering here, and a lot of this too. It gets paddled by, as we know in mainstream media just to sort of find any potential way to bag on Trump but it's just something that some folks have been asking me about. So I thought I'd cover it now.

Investigators apparently are most sketched out by by the relation to Paxon bank because of its reputation for working in sort of SAS Industries Uh, whether that's uh, higher, Banks basically Associated or Industries associated with a higher risk of money laundering. The reason you get this is uh, you know, how do you actually like get receipts and audits for things like sex work AKA porn, right? It's kind of like uh Breaking Bad and running a car wash like oh yeah, everybody just happens to pay in cash and you're just basically ringing up fake transactions to launder Dirty Money Uh, though, you know these are just allegations at this point. I Do think it's very interesting how again Donald Trump seems to really be able to, uh, separate himself from uh, always conveniently the management of these businesses I I don't know personally I always thought it was pretty wild. Uh, now it's actually interesting Joe Rogan mentioned uh, this this as well see uh, 31095 whatever an individual here in the comments says I'll take Trump over Biden any day.

Now what's actually interesting about that is Joe Rogan said the same thing Joe Rogan made this argument that look like, you know even though Trump has his problems uh, at least in the mind of Joe Rogan Trump is aware and and potentially capable. although then again, there are a lot of people who argue they would rather have have no one than than either president. Uh, so uh, it's it's It's quite divisive and and nonsense. But apparently you've got the Texas Education Agency acronymed T which has announced a state takeover of Houston's Public School District the Houston Independent School District The H ISD Texas does Isd's out here for school districts, but anyway, the Houston version of this serves nearly 200 000 students and apparently now the state has taken over this district and so there are a lot of questions about what's going on here. A simple way to know this is based basically a local school school district typically.

Uh, you know this sort of takeover typically occurs Uh, when there's some form of performance. uh, financial performance issue, a financial mismanagement or corruption that this has happened in Philadelphia New Orleans and Detroit before where company where basically well cities were basically going bankrupt. However, uh, critics are arguing that this Takeover in Houston is really just political as a way to potentially set up uh Mr Abbott Governor Abbott for a presidential run. Some people are basically calling this uh, Mr Abbott's Disney Think about what Ron DeSantis did with Disney and uh in Florida and that this is maybe a way for governor Abbott to go.

We're tough on education out here. Look, we took over a district even. you know, usually only poor areas do that like Detroit or whatever not not to back on Detroit I think Detroit's actually growing pretty nicely from the inside out. But anyway, apparently the Texas this Uh.

Apparently this takeover has been considered quite frankly since 2019, following allegations of misconduct by school trustees, inappropriate influence on vendor contracts, and persistently low academic scores at one of its approximately 50 high schools. Despite challenges, new education laws were passed by the state-controlled legislature, and they basically set up a way for the state government to take over the Uh Houston Independent School District The school district has also suffered from declining enrollment, a 3.3 percent drop in student body between 21 and 22. And the impact on students really has been that the Takeover could ultimately lead to sort of a more State mandated curriculum, which that's leading some folks on Uh Twitter to sort of freak out over this idea that I guess local parent rights don't matter anymore and that we're just going to Peddle whatever the state wants. Some folks are saying Houston is a liberal and diverse City and this is basically a republican Governor trying to come in and uh Rheem a a democratic District The Texas Association of Democrats issued a statement obviously opposing the Takeover as well and so again A Lot of people are suggesting that this is really just a pawn uh, and a political play.

Uh, In fact, the Uh Texas Democrats Association says quote for a party that claims to exemplify small government, those Republican politicians sure have a strange way of respecting local control, shoving their agendas down the throats of every local community. uh I I Think this is all a setup for the 2024 presidential election and I think you're going to end up seeing Abbott and DeSantis try to run against Donald Trump here and that's why I think this is so relevant to to really what what is potentially happening in our political environment going forward Now of course, as the state takes control of a school district, potential solutions could include targeted support for under for underperforming schools. Obviously, the state has more money than an individual School District does, so there is some hope that this could actually be a good thing, although some people are just calling it a straight up political Pawn Uh, the Governor of Texas has not confirmed whether he wants to run for president in 2024, but several sources have speculated about his presidential bib Abbott begins his third term as Governor here, and uh, well, as he begins his third term as Governor He's downplayed his presidential Ambitions focusing on his role as Governor but his roles as governor and his plans for governor have uh, given us a sort of a head scratching idea that his goals based on a State of the State address could be National goals. Think about it securing the Border improving Public Safety Supporting Veterans expanding Access to Health Care Investing in education and see there's a thought that his aggressiveness in conjunction with DeSantis of taking migrants and sending him to Washington D.C taking over Disney on behalf or DeSantis taking over Disney and then Abba taking over the Houston School District a democratic region.

These that these are potentially all just political plays to set these people's reputation up for a run for president in 2024.. now DeSantis is kind of going crazy himself as well. Maybe I shouldn't say crazy because there are a lot of people who actually support pretty much everything he's doing. But think about some of the things that DeSantis has recently done.

so. uh, the Marriott World Center in Orlando just had its liquor license suspended by none other than the Governor of Florida following apparently a quote controversial drag show that took place on December 27th. The show involved several underage performers, sparking debates over the appropriateness of miners participating in a drag show. Critics argue that drag shows are adult entertainment and that children should not be allowed to attend, let alone perform.

However, supporters say that well, the miners, even though they might be dressed in Drag and Performing drag, they weren't served any alcohol and therefore they were responsible. Anyway, the Governor ended up coming in and saying you know what? y'all are losing your liquor license for putting on a drag show at this facility And we all know that when you're in retail hospital and Hospitality your profit margins basically come from Liker and if you don't have a liquor license, you could be screwed. So now you have people saying this is just the Governor again trying to set himself up as aggressive and willing to make a statement so he could run for president. One user on Twitter apparently argued that uh, the shows are adult entertainment and should not involve children and totally agrees with Uh Mr DeSantis Governor DeSantis On the other hand, another person on Twitter said that uh, you know, ultimately the parents were responsible and this should be up to the parents and not the Governor to basically swoop in and yoink Away a liquor license because the Governor doesn't like drag shows In fact, the Governor's office stated that this event violated public decency uh and was quote not suitable for minors.

whereas critics argue that the decision just straight up infringes on our First Amendment rights. which kind of goes back to this idea that Governor DeSantis has also recently passed a alleged or actually they're potentially planning on passing legislation I Don't think this is passed yet. but the Media defamation. Bill There has been a proposed media defamation bill that would basically make it easier for public figures to sue media.

Outlets When basically critics talk about them without registering with the State and potentially paying fees for being registered so you know all of that is happening on the heels. Oh dare I say heels? Well, while talking about drag anyway? uh, on on the heels of the uh clash between DeSantis and Disney personally I Think that's a little overblown. the whole Reedy crate assignment of uh DeSantis appointed board members taking control back from Disney I Really think it's mostly political Bob Iger who came back as CEO of Disney I think he's a very smart person I would not bet against Bob Iger as a Disney investor I'm not currently a Disney investor I mean I might have some shares left over somewhere. but I don't think I'm an active Disney shareholder right now.

But anyway, uh I think Bob Iger is playing the smart realizing like he probably just gets on the phone with DeSantis and says look man like we're not really going to change anything right? and DeSantis is probably like no man, let me just put some puppets in, just keep operating like normal. But I'm gonna go have a field day in the media so why don't you just be silent and I'll have a field day in the media about how I put on my big boy pants so I could run for president one day I Think that's kind of what DeSantis is trying to pull off here now apparently and there's a lot of this kind of stuff going on. I Mean apparently now there's even a transgender restroom proposal. Quote: The transgender restroom proposal is discriminatory and harmful to transgender individuals say Lgbtq plus rights Advocates That everyone deserves to use the restroom that aligns with their gender.

And that's specifically because now there's a proposed Florida law that any transgender child who visits Disney World for example, would be required to go to the restroom that they were assigned basically biologically at Birth So in other words, no more biological boys who identify as females going into female bathrooms. That's another law. And then of course you've got people on both sides of that argument. The Lgbtq Plus Community is freaking out about it.

and then on the flip side, you have people say uh, like uh, some you know unnamed Florida voters in viewed by the media saying I believe DeSantis proposal is about protecting privacy and safety of all individuals, not just transgender people. We have to have clear policies for restrooms I Assume we're just going to have no gender bathrooms quite frankly. and I mean really, if you have stalls I mean a new urinals, it doesn't work too well. but if you have stalls, does it really matter? I I Don't know I'll leave that one to the comments.

but anyway, apparently. uh, there's also a lot of outcry over to Sand I'm telling you all this drama is basically just setting up for the 2023 or 2024 presidential election. Whether it's the uh uh, the Dwac and Truth social drama with Trump trying to bag on Trump again, whether it's Abbott uh, and his drama with the Houston Independent School District or whether it's DeSantis with all these different rules and laws DeSantis came out and and this again as a presidential motivation I mean why else why else would DeSantis be talking about this? The scientists came out and started talking about how the a crisis in Ukraine is just a territorial dispute and that we shouldn't be worried about this territorial dispute. and so uh, Governor DeSantis Well, Chuck Schumer ended up coming out and saying Governor Desantis's comments on Ukraine are not only wrong, they are dangerous.

The United States has a vital interest in supporting Ukraine's democracy and sovereignty against a Russian aggression that was reported by Axios from Chuck Schumer. You have a Santa supporter saying uh DeSantis is right to question whether the government involvement in Ukraine is in the best interest of the United States we should focus on our own domestic issues instead of getting entangled in foreign conflicts as an individual. Florida voter Mitt Romney comes out and suggests that to suggests that we should turn our back on an ally. This was reported by the Hill that's being invaded and slaughtered as Unthinkable governments Governor DeSantis comments are shocking and misguided and harmful to our national security interests.

That's from Mitt Romney and he's a republican. Another supporter says I think Desantis's Honesty and willingness to challenge the status quo is what's needed in a leader. But anyway, it shows you some of the the divisiveness that's going on at the same time you've got uh, apparently now the Communications director of DeSantis dismissing a letter that they received from make America great again. Where make America great again which is Donald Trump's pack has now filed an Ethics complaint against DeSantis suggesting the Florida Governor is benefiting from an Undeclared Shadow campaign for governor or for for president.

Rather, you literally now have Trump bagging on DeSantis suggesting DeSantis is basically running for president, but he just hasn't declared it yet because he's he's operating under the guise of being on a book tour.
