Hello, what are your thoughts on the micro grid company CLSK? It has patented software, increasing revenue, low debt, and government contracts with the USMC and US embassies.
If I were shorting this (have not yet, still thinking about it), I would probably cover around $4 to $5.
They used to make ethanol for energy but now make ethanol for hand sanitizers.
The demand for hand sanitizer will likely to continue for many years to come. (even when COVID is gone with the vaccine, I think we are entering into a new era).
If they manage it right, this company can probably be profitable for many years to come.
With that said, ethanol is not exactly high tech. Anyone can enter this business and they will likely face competition.
Said another way, with the right focus on cost and efficiencies, they can make money, but they will likely never make too much money.
I don't know what the right price is, but I would not press my luck on the short side too far.
